«Կանեփ-կանաչ-2016» միջոցառման արդյունքում ոչնչացվել է 73 տոննա 780 կիլոգրամ վայրի աճած կանեփի զանգված

«Կանեփ-կանաչ-2016» միջոցառման արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և այրման միջոցով ոչնչացվել է 73 տոննա 780 կիլոգրամ վայրի աճած կանեփի և 56,5 կգ կակաչի կանաչ զանգված:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, տնամերձ 20 հողամասերից հայտնաբերվել է ապօրինի աճեցված 186,7 կգ կշռով կանեփի 757 բույս:

Ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների իրացման արդյունքում ապօրինի շրջանառությունից առգրավվել է 931,52 գրամ «մարիխուանա», 26,6 գրամ «դեզոմորֆինով լուծույթ», 3,71 գրամ «կոկաին» 1,53 գրամ «ափիոն», 9,64 գրամ և 7 հաբ «սուբուտեքս», 1 հաբ «մեթադոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, ինչպես նաև տարբեր տեսակի հոգեմետ 68 հաբ:

Միջոցառման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում առգրավվել է 2 միավոր հրազեն, որից 1 հատ «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակ՝ 8 փամփուշտով, 1 հատ անհայտ մոդելի ատրճանակ` 4 փամփուշտով:

Կատարված բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ կամովին հանձնվել է 12 միավոր հրազեն, որից` 1 հատ ատրճանակ, 1 հատ «կարաբին» տեսակի հրացան, 1 հատ ինքնաձիգ, 1 հատ ակոսավոր հրացան, 1 հատ ինքնաշեն թմբուկավոր ատրճանակ, 7 հատ որսորդական ողորկափող հրացան, ինչպես նաև 20 հատ նռնակ, 17 հատ նռնակի պայթուցիչ և 1529 հատ տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտ:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է 67 հետախուզվող, թմրամիջոց գործածելու համար վարչական պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել 26 անձ:

«Կանեփ-կակաչ-2016» համալիր օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառման ընթացքում հայտնաբերված հանցագործությունների կապակցությամբ ընդհանուր առմամբ հարուցվել է 36 քրեական գործ, որից 29-ը վերաբերում են թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառությանը:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության 2016 թվականի հիմնական կազմակերպչական միջոցառումների պլանի, ինչպես նաև «Թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարում ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների համագործակցության 2014-2018թթ. ծրագրի իրականացմանն ուղղված ԱՊՀ մասնակից-պետությունների ներքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի պլանի պահանջների համաձայն` 2016թ. օգոստոսի 18-ից 30-ը և սեպտեմբերի 19-ից 29-ը հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում անց է կացվել «Կանեփ-կակաչ-2016» համալիր օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումը:

Միջոցառման նպատակն  էր` հայտնաբերել և ոչնչացնել հանրապետության տարածքում վայրի աճած կամ բնակչության կողմից ապօրինի աճեցված կանեփի և կակաչի բույսերը, ինչպես նաև թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերի  հայտնաբերումը, կանխումը, խափանումը և բացահայտումը:
