Ներդրումային համաժողովում կներկայացվի Հայաստանում արևային կայանների կառուցման ծրագիրը

 Հայաստանում արդյունաբերական նշանակության արևային ֆոտովոլտային կայանների կառուցման համար միջազգային մրցույթ հայտարարելուց առաջ, հունվարի 25-27-ին Երևանում անցկացվող «Էներգետիկայի շաբաթ 2017» միջոցառումների շրջանակներում տեղի կունենա ներդրումային համաժողով։ Այն նպատակ ունի քննարկել արևային կայանների կառուցման համար նեդրումների ներգրավման հնարավորությունները։ Ակնկալվում է օտարերկրյա և տեղական ներդրողների միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների ակտիվ մասնակցությունը։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, անցած տարվա վերջին կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց արևային ֆոտովոլտային կայանների կառուցման ներդրումային ծրագրին, որի ներդրումային ընդհանուր գինը գնահատվում է շուրջ 129 մլն դոլար։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է Հայաստանի տարբեր բնակավայրերում կառուցել մինչև 110 մեգավատ հզորությամբ արդյունաբերական մասշտաբի կայաններ։

Արևային ֆոտովոլտային կայանների կառուցման համար ընտրված վեց տեղանքներից երկուսի համար իսպանական «Արիես Ինժեներիա» խորհրդատվական ընկերությունն արդեն իրականացրել և ներկայացրել է տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորումները։ Դրանք վերաբերում են Գեղարքունիքի և Արագածոտնի մարզերի վարչական սահմաններում գտնվող «Մասրիկ» և «Դաշտադեմ» տեղանքներին։

Կայանի կառուցման նպատակով նախատեսվում է փետրվարին հայտարարել միջազգային մրցույթ։ Մրցույթի հիմնական պայմաններից մեկը լինելու է առաջարկվող սակագինը։ Այլ կերպ ասած, առավելությունը տրվելու է նվազագույն սակագնային առաջարկությանը։

Միջազգային խորհրդատուն շարունակում է աշխատանքները մյուս չորս տեղանքների տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորումների վերաբերյալ։
