ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը կայացրել է 830 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշումներ

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից հունվարի 9-13-ը իրականացված շրջայցերի, ԲՊՏ վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 830.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 11 որոշում և հաշվարկվել 286.14 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում՝ 150.0հզ.դրամ գումարով և հաշվարկվել է 196.14 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս, որից ՝

Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում 2 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի ծառահատման համար կայացվել է 100.0 հազար դր ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 80.14 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:  

Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի հայտնաբերած խախտման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ 4 հատված ծառի համար հաշվարկվել է 74.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Վարչական վարույթն ընթացքի մեջ է: Բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի հատված 3 ծառի համար կայացվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 42.0 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:  

Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարի եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար՝

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 5 որոշում՝ 350.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարով, որից ՝

Շիրակի և Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից մեկական տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0հազարական դրամի վարչական տուգանքների որոշումներ:

Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից 3 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 250.0 հազար դր ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում:

Հողերի պահպանության ոլորտ՝  

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 30.0 հազար դրամի, որից ՝

Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի հայտնաբերած խախտման համար 1 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 30.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:

Ջրերի պահպանության ոլորտ

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 200.0 հազար դրամի. որից՝

Վայոց ձորի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 200.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:

Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխում՝

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 100.0 հազար դրամ գումարով և հաշվարկվել է 90.0hազ.դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս, որից՝

Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից անցկացրած ստուգայցերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 100.0 հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 90.0 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Ապօրինի որսի իրականացման համար՝

Շաբաթվա ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 83 հատ/46.0կգ/ սիգ տեսակի տիրազուրկ թարմ ձուկ`

Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի շրջայցերի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 83 հատ /46.0կգ/ սիգ տեսակի թարմ ձուկ: Առգրավված ձկները հանձնվել է  Մարի Իզմիրլյանի անվան մանկատուն և Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատ: 

ԲՊՏ  վարչարարության և փորձաքննության բաժնի կողմից դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման է ներկայացվել 5 վարչական տուգանքի որոշում՝ 400.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի չափով և 4 վնասի փոխհատուցման որոշում՝ 166.5 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի չափով:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած նախորդ պատժամիջոցներից  հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 0.6 մլն դրամ:
