 Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Դատական համակարգի աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մեկնել է Ստեփանակերտ:

Ինչպես  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի արարողակարգի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, պատվիրակության կազմում են ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական պալատի նախագահ Երվանդ Խունդկարյանը, ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը և ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի Արարողակարգի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արման Խաչատրյանը: ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները մասնակցել են Դատականհամակարգի աշխատողի օրվան նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառմանը, որին ներկա են եղել ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, ԼՂՀ Գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ Նարինե Նարիմանյանը, ԼՂՀգլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Մոսիյանը, ԼՂՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենԱրշավիր Ղարամյանը, ԼՂՀ դատավորներ և բարձրաստիճան ու պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանն աշխատանքում ցուցաբերածարդյունքների համար համակարգի մի շարք աշխատակիցների պարգևատրել է պետականպարգևներով ու արժեքավոր նվերներով: ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահն իր հերթին, նկատի ունենալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական համակարգերի արդյունավետ համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում ներդրած մեծ ավանդը, ինչպես նաև ԼՂՀ դատական համակարգի աշխատողի օրվա կապակցությամբ, ԼՂՀ Գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ ՆարինեՆարիմանյանին պարգևատրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետ ության Դատարանների նախագահների խորհրդի պատվոգրով և ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի հիմնադրման հուշամեդալով, իսկ դատական համակարգի մի քանի ներկայացուցիչների շնորհել պատվոգրեր: Նույն օրը ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանն ընդունել է ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ԼՂՀ գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ Նարինե Նարիմանյանը: Հանդիպման մասնակիցներն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղիդատական համակարգերի առանձնահատկություններին, 2016 թվականին ունեցած ձեռքբերումներին և հասարակության շրջանում դատական համակարգի նկատմամբ վստահության բարձրացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներին, կողմերն ընդգծել են նաև ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ դատական համակարգերիշարունակական համագործակցության կարևորությունը: Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և փոխգործակցությունը խորացնելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել:
