Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանը «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից բաց նամակով դիմել է երիտասարդներին, որտեղ կոչ է արել չհանդուրժել իշխանությունների անօրինությունները։

Նամակում մասնավորապես ասվում է.  «Այսօր խոսքս ուղղում եմ առավելապես երիտասարդներին՝ մարդկանց, ում անվանում են անկախության սերունդ․ կախաղան հանված անկախության։

Մեր ավագ սերունդը մեզ չժառանգեց անկախություն եւ ազատություն՝ թողնելով մեզ այն ճահճի մեջ, որում այսօր ապրում ենք, եւ մենք ստիպված ենք ինքներս նվաճել մեր ազատությունը։ Ցավոք, ազատությունը դեռ ոչ մեկին չի տրվել նվեր եւ նաեւ մեզ չի տրվելու։ Ազատությունը կարելի է նվաճել միայն պայքարով եւ որոշ դեպքերում՝ նաեւ զոհաբերությամբ։ Մենք արժանի չենք ապրել նման իրականության մեջ, որտեղ տգետ եւ անմարդկային օլիգարխները իրենց մեր գլխին տեր ու տիրական են զգում։ Մենք մեր սեփական երկրում օլիգարխների համար ընդամենը ռեսուրս ենք, ընդամենը սպառող։ Մեր զինվորների մոտ մարդու իրավունք եւ ազատություն արտահայտությունները ծիծաղ են առաջացնում։

 

Ինձ իր նկատմամբ բռնության մեջ մեղադրող Գեղամ Խաչատրյանն իր ցուցմունքում գրել էր, որ ես դրսեւորում եմ անհնազանդ վարք։ Այո, ես այլեւս չեմ պատրաստվում հնազանդվել տգետ լֆիկներին եւ շմայսներին, անմարդկային լիսկաներին ու նեմեցներին, անօրեն ու թալանչի սերժիկների ու սաշիկների խաղի կանոններին եւ անօրեն ոստիկանների անօրինական պահանջներին։ Մեր երկրում իշխանության ներկայացուցիը ոստիկանը կամ պատգամավորը չէ, մեր երկրում իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը քաղաքացին է։

Մենք ենք իշխանության կրողը, այլ ոչ թե ոստիկաններն ու հաստավիզ օլիգարխները։ Հերիք է հնազանդվենք այս անօրինությանն ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքին։ Հանդուրժողականությունը, իհարկե, լավ բան է, բայց կան բաներ, որոնք հանդուրեժլ չի կարելի։ Չի կարելի հանդուրժել, որ մի խումբ տգետ, անօրեն եւ անմարդկային օլիգարխներ զավթեն մի ամբողջ ժողովրդի իշխանություն ու վարվեն այդ ժողովրդի հետ ոչխարի հոտի պես։ Չի կարելի հանդուրժել, որ երիտասարդ աղջկան փողոցում ծեծեն իր քաղաքական հայացքների համար։ Չի կարելի հանդուրժել, որ որդեկորույս մայրերին փողոցներում քարշ տան, ինչպես թուրք ասկյարներին էին քարշ տալիս հայ կանանց ու աղջիկներին։ Հանդուրժել այս ամենը կնշանակի վերածվել ոչխարի հոտի։ Մենք ոչխարի հոտ չենք։ Մենք հազարամյակների պատմամշակութային արժեքներ կրող ենք, մենք մարդիկ ենք, ովքեր կարող են անգամ այս համատարած ճահճի մեջ բարձրագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ալորտում ոտք գցել աշխարհի ամենազարգացած պետությունների հետ։

Ուրեմն՝ հանդուրժել այս ամենը չի՛ կարելի։ Հերի՛ք է նստենք տներում, դո՛ւրս եկեք փողոց, փակե՛ք ճանապարհներն ու կառավարական շենքերը, ձեր պահանջներն ու դժգոհությունները խոհանոցից հանեք փողո՛ց, օգտվե՛ք անհնազանդության ձեր իրավունքից։ Դո՛ւրս եկեք պայքարի, քանի դեռ այս տականքների խունտան վերջնականապես չի վերացրել մեր պետությունը։

Սուգը հավերժ է, եթե պայքար չկա։
