ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հունվարի 23-ին Ստրասբուրգում հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների եւ իրավունքի գերակայության գլխավոր տնօրինության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ֆիլիպ Բուայային:  

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Ֆիլիպ Բուայան կարեւորել է «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասին» նոր օրենքի ընդունումը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով ավելի խորացնել առկա համագործակցությունը:

Ըստ այդմ, պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել խորացնելու համատեղ ծրագրերը եւ իրականացնելու նոր ծրագրեր ազատությունից զրկված անձանց, զինծառայողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ այլ ոլորտներում: Կարեւորվել է քաղաքացիական հասարակության եւ լրագրողների հետ սերտ աշխատանքը:

Պաշտպանը Ֆիլիպ Բուայաի հետ քննարկել է նաեւ Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի արտահանձնման հարցը: Արման Թաթոյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ նրա արտահանձնման որոշումն ունի քաղաքական բնույթ, ուղղակիորեն վտանգում է խոսքի ազատությունը եւ անթույլատրելի նախադեպ ստեղծելու փորձ է: Այն կոպտորեն խախտում է իրավունքների պաշտպանության եվրոպական համակարգը: Լրագրողների այցը Արցախ ունի կանխարգելիչ նշանակություն եւ դա չի կարող լինել որեւէ հետապնդման առարկա: Ըստ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի՝ այս դեպքը շատ ավելի է արդիական դարձնում այն, որ պետք է ակտիվանան այցերը Արցախ ու Արցախի Օմբուդսմանի եւ քաղաքացիական հասարակության մասնակցությունը միջազգային գործընթացներին:

Պաշտպանը Ֆիլիպ Բուայային է հանձնել նաեւ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի վերջին եւ 2017 թվականի հունվարի սկզբին Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Չինարի գյուղը զինված հարձակման ենթարկելու արդյունքների վերաբերյալ զեկույցը: Կազմվել է հատուկ ինտերակտիվ զեկույց, որը լիազրժեք արտահայտում է փաստահավաք աշխատանքների արդյունքները:
