Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը եւ Թուրքիան Աստանայում ընթացող բանակցություններում պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել Սիրիայում զինադադարի մոնիթորինգի մեխանիզմի շուրջ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել Է իրանական պատվիրակության մի աղբյուր:
 
«Իրանը, Ռուսաստանը եւ Թուրքիան պայմանավորվել են Սիրիայում զինադադարի մոնիթորինգի մեխանիզմի շուրջ,-ասել Է զրուցակիցը:-Կողմերը շարունակում են քննարկել կոմյունիկեն»: 
 
Սիրիայում զինադադարի ռեժիմի ապահովումն ու ամրապնդումը Ղազախստանի մայրաքաղաքում ընթացող բանակցությունների գլխավոր խնդիրն Է, որոնց մասնակցում են Սիրիայի կառավարության ու ընդդիմության, Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչները եւ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան: Ղազախստանում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպան Ջոն Քրոլը հրավիրված Է եղել որպես դիտորդ: 
 
Երաշխավոր երկրների՝ Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի եւ Իրանի՝  Սիրիայում զինադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման մոնիթորինգի եռակողմ մեխանիզմի ստեղծման պլանները տեղ են գտել Աստանայում բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ ամփոփիչ կոմյունիկեի նախագծում: «Մենք պլանավորում ենք ստեղծել եռակողմ մեխանիզմ, որպեսզի համոզվենք, որ մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման ռեժիմը պահպանվում Է, եւ որպեսզի կանխվի ցանկացած սադրանք»,- ընդգծվում Է այն փաստաթղթում, որը հունվարի 24-ին ստացել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ի թղթակիցը:
