Ռազմաբժշկական ծառայությունը բարձր մակարդակով լուծում է իր առջև դրված ցանկացած խնդիր

Հայկական բանակի ստեղծման օրվանից Զինված ուժերի ռազմաբժշկական ծառայությունն անցել է փառահեղ ուղի: Սկզբնական շրջանում ռազմաբժշկական ծառայությունում ներգրավված էին խորհրդային բանակից Հայաստան վերադարձած ռազմական բժիշկները, այնուհետև առողջապահական համակարգից մասնագետներ, ովքեր ակտիվորեն մասնակցելով պատերազմական գործողություններին, մնացին Զինված ուժերում: Արդյունքում ձևավորվեց ռազմաբժշկական ծառայությունն` իր են թակառուցվածքներով: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի ռազմաբժշկական վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Կամավոր Խաչատրյանը, ներկայացնելով ռազմաբժշկության անցած ուղին, այն բաժանեց մի քանի փուլերի` ծառայության ձևավորում, զարգացում և նոր ժամանակաշրջան:

«Երբ ձևավորվեց  ծառայությունը, ստեղծվեց մեկ, երկու հոսպիտալ, այնուհետև հոսպիտալի թվաքանակն ավելացավ, հետագայում հոսպիտալները կահավորվեցին ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով: Նոր ժամանակաշրջանում արդեն ձեռքբերվեցին անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական միջոցներ, զգալի աշխատանք կատարվեց շենքային պայմանների բարելավման ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց Կամավոր Խաչատրյանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ այսօր ունենք ռազմաբժշկական ծառայություն, որը բարձր մակարդակով կատարում է իր առջև դրված ցանկացած խնդիր:

Նախորդ տարիներին զգալի աշխատանք է կատարվել կադրային պատրաստվածության տեսանկյունից: 1994 թվականին Մ. Հերացու անվան բժշկական համալսարանի բազայի վրա ստեղծվեց ռազմաբժշկական ֆակուլտետ, որը ժամանակի ընթացքում տվել է մեծ թվով զինվորական բժիշկներ:

2016 թվականին ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ  հաջողվեց հիմնել սանհրահանգիչների պատրաստման դպրոց: Այն կահավորվել է, ստեղծվել է նյութատեխնիկական բազա: Արդեն կա առաջին ավարտական խումբը` բաղկացած 49 հոգուց: Սանհրահանգիչները զինծառայողներ են, ովքեր վերապատրաստված են բժշկական թեքումով:

Ապրիլյան պատերազմում ևս ռազմական բժիշկները բարձր մակարդակով իրականացրեցին իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները: Կամավոր Խաչատրյանի խոսքով, ռազմաբժշկական համակարգն արդյունավետ գործեց, նույնիսկ կարիք չունեցավ հետ կանչել այդ օրերին Գերմանիայում զորավարժություններին մասնակցող հոսպիտալներից մեկին:

«Մարտական գործողություների ժամանակ վիրավորների տարհանումն իրականացվեց մեր մասնագետների կողմից մշակված հայկական մոդելով, արդյունքում մենք նախատեսված ցուցանիշները գերազանցեցինք մի քանի անգամ: Նվազագույն էին սանիտարական կորուստները, պահպանվեց վիրավորին հոսպիտալ հասցնելու «ոսկե մեկ ժամ»-ը, հոսպիտալում ցույց տրվեց բարձր մակարդակի բուժօգնություն, արդյունքում  հաջողվեց փրկել բազմաթիվ զինվորների կյանքեր»,-հավելեց Կամավոր Խաչատրյանը:
