Մեքսիկացի 54-ամյա Ռոբերտո Կաբրերան, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, աշխարհի ամենամեծ առնանդամն ունի: Նրա սեռական անդամի երկարությունը հանգիստ վիճակում 48 սմ է: Բժիշկները նրան առաջարկել են վիրահատություն Կատարել եւ փոքրացնել դրա չափը, որպեսզի տղամարդը կարողանա սեքսով զբաղվել, սակայն տղամարդը հրաժարվել է:

«Ես հայտնի եմ, քանի որ ես աշխարհի ամենամեծ առնանդամն ունեմ: Ես ուզում էի գրանցվել Գինեսի ռեկորդների գրքում, սակայն նրանք ինձ մերժեցին»,- ասել է Ռոբերտոն՝ հավելելով, որ ինքը նախընտրում է աշխարհի ամենամեծ սեռական օրգանն ունենալ, քան թե սեքսով զբաղվել:

 

Իհարկե, նման չափերի առնանդամը տղամարդուն շատ խնդիրներ է պատճառում: Առաջին հերթին՝ նա խոցելի է միզուղիների ինֆեկցիաների նկատմամբ, քանի որ մեզը խցանվում է թլիփի ծալքերում: Բացի այդ, նա ստիպված է հատուկ բանդաժով շարժվել, իսկ քնելիս առնանդամը դնել հատուկ բարձի վրա: Նա որովայնի վրա քնել չի կարողանում: Տղամարդը զրկված է սեռական կյանքից: Նա 2 անգամ փորձել է սեքսով զբաղվել, սակայն նրա անդամի չափը վախեցրել է աղջիկներին:

Ռոբերտոն մեծ առնանդամի մասին երազում էր դեռ դեռահաս տարիքում: Այդ պատճառով նա տարբեր բեռների միջոցով ձգել էր անդամը: Մասնագետները նշում են, որ նրա անդամի քաշի մեծ մասը բաժին է հասնում թլիփին: Իսկ սպունգանման մարմինը երկարել է մի քանի սմ-ով, դա նշանակում է, որ հիմնական զանգվածը բաժին է ընկնում արյունատար անոթներին եւ թլիփին:
