Դեռեւս անցնող տարվա դեկտեմբերի 16-ին «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը «Հասարակություն-Բանակ-Պետություն» թեմայով քննարկումներից մեկի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր. «18 տարեկան զինվորը, որը չունի հմտություն, փորձ, չպետք է կանգնի առաջնագծում, քանի որ այդ կերպ վտանգի տակ է դրվում երիտասարդ զինվորի կյանքն ու առողջությունը»։ Փոխարենը նա կարեւորել էր այս շրջանում անցումը՝ պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի։ Նա այս ենթատեքստում ընդգծել էր հատկապես պրոֆեսիոնալների բարձր վարձատրության հարցը. «Նրանք պետք է ունենան լավագույն կենսապայմանները եւ վստահ լինեն՝ ինչպես իրենք են պաշտպանում հայրենիքը, այնպես էլ հայրենիքն է պաշտպանում իրենց», նշել էր Վարդանյանը։

Հիմա անցնենք բուն թեմային։ ՕԵԿ առաջնորդ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանն այն գործիչներից է, որն իր պոպուլիզմով մրցակիցներ չունի Հայաստանում։ Վերջին տարիների գործունեությունը, սակայն, այնքան մաշեցրեց Բաղդասարյանին, որ պոպուլիստական գաղափարներ այլեւս նա չի կարողանում մոգոնել։ Հիմա նա այլ մարտավարություն է ընտրել։ Մոնիտորինգ է իրականացնում, եւ այն գաղափարները, որոնք մեծ արձագանք են գտել հանրության տարբեր շրջանակներում, արագորեն քաշում է իր վրա։ Վարդանյանի առաջարկած գաղափարի մասին հունվարի 22-ին խոսել է Բաղդասարյանը՝ կուսակցական կանանց շրջանակներում իմիտացիա ստեղծելով, թե դա իր հերթական փայլուն մտահղացումն է, որը պետք է դարձնել ՀՎԿ-ի (ՕԵԿ-ի ներկայիս հապավումն է) քարոզչական մեխը։ Այդ պատճառով էլ նրա տիրապետության տակ գտնվող քարոզչական հարթակները, այդ թվում՝ սեփական հեռուստաընկերությունը, մի քանի օր է Բաղդասարյանի ելույթի այդ հատվածը դարձրել են քարոզչական հոլովակ ու օրնիբուն պտտեցնում են։

Հնարավոր է, որ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը միշտ էլ «պրիմիտիվ գողություններով» է յոլա գնացել, բայց ձեռքը բռնող չի եղել։ Ու սա դարձել է սովորական գործելակերպ։ Երեւի մտածում է՝ մտքի գողը գող չէ։

Մի նրբերանգ էլ կա. Բաղդասարյանը լավ գաղափարը անլրջացնելու հարցում էլ համարյա մրցակիցներ չունի։ Վտանգը՝ հենց այստեղ է։ Այս պատճառով էլ անհրաժեշտություն առաջացավ պարզաբանելու, որ Բաղդասարյանի առաջարկը բանակի մասով՝ զուտ իրավիճակային պոպուլիզմ է, մինչդեռ գաղափարի իրական հեղինակների համար այն չափազանց կարեւոր նշանակություն ունի։ Առաջարկում ենք պոպուլիզմի համար այլ թեմաներ գտնել կամ գողանալ, իսկ բանակն ու դրան առնչվող մնացած բաները չսարքել բերանի ծամոն՝ Բաղդասարյանի փաթեթավորմամբ։
