Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի Հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հաստատեց Հայաստանի տնտեսական և կառավարչական առանցքային ոլորտներում արագ և հիմնափոխ հաղթանակների ձեռք բերման Կենտրոնի տեսլականը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետանի Մոսկվա կատարած այցի ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի աշխատանքային հանդիպման ընթացքում: Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամները համաձայնել են միավորել իրենց ջանքերը ներկայացված գաղափարի շուրջ:  Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի տեղեկատվական բաժնից:

Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի ոչ պետական հատվածը ներառում է ներկայացուցիչներ գործարար և հասարարական ոլորտներից, ում գործունեության ուղղությունը միտված է դեպի Հայաստան, իսկ գործունեության աշխարհագրությունը տարածվում է Հայաստանի սահմաններից շատ ավելի հեռուն՝ Հայաստանից մինչև Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ և Արգենտինա, Ռուսաստանից մինչև Միացյալ Թագավորություն:
