Նախընտրական պայքարը դեռ չսկսած՝ արդեն սկսել է գործել իշխանական մամլիչ մեքենան: Այն Արարատի մարզում սկսեց ակտիվանալ, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը որոշել է ՀՀԿ-ից դուրս գալ: Հիմա էլ իշխանություններն իրենց սլաքները ուղղել են դեպի Արարատի մարզ և սկսել են տեռորի ենթարկել ողջ մարզի ՀՀԿ-ականներին: Ու թեև հանրապետական գյուղապետերը փորձում են հերքել իշխանության կողմից իրենց դեմ ուղղված նախազգուշացնող «նայեզդները», բայց պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ ՀՀԿ-ի վախերը պետք է սկսվեին հենց Արարատի մարզից, որտեղից նախկինում գրեթե 100 տոկոսանոց արդյունք էր կարողանում ստանալ:

Եվ այսպես, այս օրերին մարզում բավականին «ակտիվություն» կա, քանի որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի՝ ՀՀԿ-ից դուրս գալուց հետո կուսակցությունն այնտեղ որոշել է իր «հավատարիմների» ցանկը ճշտել: Ասել է թե՝ սկսկել է իր ներկա- բացական անել, ճշտելու համար, թե ով է շարունակում կուսակցության համար յուրային մնալ, ով ոչ: Առաջին հայացքից սա սովորական կուսակցական աշխատանք է: Սակայն անսովորն այն է, որ այդ «սուրբ» պարտականությունը կատարելու համար, այս անգամ, նախորդների նման, գործի է դրվել պետական մեքենայի «փոխանցման տուփը»՝ իր ողջ ուժով ու հմայքով: Ու թեև տեղի ՀՀԿ-ական ակտիվին առայժմ «լավով» են կանչում, սակայն ձեռքի հետ էլ հասկացնում են, որ հանկարծ չփորձեն իրենց «ծնկներից» վեր թռչել:

Orer.am-ի տվյալներով՝ Արարտի մարզի՝ միջինից բարձր քաշային կարգ ունեցող ՀՀԿ-ականների կյանքը դժոխքի է վերածվել, քանի որ նրանց պատեհ-անպատեհ առիթով հրավիրում են ոստիկանական բաժանմունքներ և հարց ու փորձ անում ՀՀԿ-ից դուրս գալ-չգալու մասին: Ու թեև շատերը փորձում են կա՛մ հարցին չպատասխանել, կա՛մ էլ վստահեցնել, որ նման բան չկա, բայց հիշեցնենք, որ առաջին անգամը չէ, երբ իշխանությունները հիշեցնում են, որ մուրճն էլ է իրենց ձեռքում, մեխն էլ:

Անշուշտ դժվար է ասել, թե ներկա-բացակայի պարտականությունը ստանձնած ուժային այս կառույցը վերևների «դաբրոյով» է լծվել այդ գործին, թե նպատակ ունի նման «ծառայությամբ» իշխանությունների հանդեպ իր հնազանդության մասին մեկ անգամ ևս ավետել: Բայց ընդգծենք, որ ՀՀԿ-ի՝ անբիծ, անկողմնակալ ու արդար ընտրություն անցկացնելու ցանկությունն այս անգամ էլ ցանկություն կմնա, քանի որ դեռ կկուն չկանչած՝ ՀՀԿ-ականները կրկին փորձում են ուժային մեթոդներով հասնել ցանկալի արդյունքի:
