ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում հունվարի 27-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի նիստ, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են 2016 թվականի արդյունքներն ու նախանշվել 2017 թվականի խնդիրները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հա յկական երկու հանրապետություների զինված ուժերի փոխգործակցության շրջանակում կոլեգիայի նիստին մասնակցել են նաև ՊԲ հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները:

Ողջունելով նիստի մասնակիցներին և շնորհավորելով ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 25-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ՝ պաշտպանության նախարար  Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում հայոց բանակը պատվով կատարել է  իր առաքելությունը՝  ապահովելով  ՀՀ  և  ԼՂՀ անվտանգությունը։

«Իհարկե 2016-ը մեզ համար եղավ նաև որոշակի քննության տարի՝ հաշվի առնելով ապրիլին տեղի ունեցած գործողությունները, հակառակորդի արկածախնդրությունը: Եվ այն պատասխանը, որ տրվեց, այն արձագանքը, որ եղավ՝ շատ հստակ ցույց տվեց, որ մեր զինված ուժերը շարունակում են կատարել իրենց գործառույթը, որպես մարտունակ կառույց»,-նշել է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Պաշտպանության նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ հետևողական և լարված աշխատանքի,  ջանքերի  համադրման և միջազգային լավագույն փորձի ներդրման արդյունքում պետք է արվի ամենայն հնարավորը առկա հաջողությունները բազմապատկելու համար:

Նիստի ընթացքում 2016 ուսումնական տարվա մարտական և զորահավաքային պատրաստականության, մարտական հերթապահության,  օպերատիվ ու մարտական պատրաստության արդյունքների, ինչպես նաև զինվորական կարգապահության վիճակի և 2017 ուսումնական տարվա հիմնական ուղղությունների վերաբերյալ հիմնական հաշվետու զեկույցով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանը։

Զեկույցում նշվել է, որ անցած ուսումնական տարվա շրջանակում պլանային կարգով շարունակվել են մարտական հերթապահության կրման պայմանների և ամրաշինական կառույցների կատարե լագործման, զորքերի պատրաստության, զինվորական կարգապահության չափորոշիչների և մարտական խնդիրների կատարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման, զինանձնակազմի կայուն բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի ապահովմանը միտված աշխատանքները: Առաջընթաց է արձանագրվել ուսումնանյութական և նյութատեխնիկական բազայի հարստացման, սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի արդիականացման ուղղությամբ: Գլխավոր շտաբի պետը անդրադարձել  է նաև արձանագրված որոշակի բացթողումներին և դրանց վերացման  հիմնական ուղղություններին:

Զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել նաև պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալները, ովքեր, ըստ պատասխանատու ուղղությունների, ներկայացրել են 2016 թվականի ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքներն ու կազմակերպված միջոցառումները։

Կոլեգիայի նիստի ավարտին 2016 թվականի ընթացքում մարտական պատրաստությամբ, կարգապահությամբ, ինչպես նաև հայրենիքի սահմանների պաշտպանության գործում աչքի ընկած լավագույն ստորաբաժանումներին  պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը  հանձնել է  պատվոդրոշներ: Մի շարք զինծառայողներ էլ արժանացել են պետական ու գերատեսչական մեդալների, պատվոգրերի  և  արժեքավոր նվերների:
