Պատվաստումների ազգային օրացույցում նախատեսված է մինչև 2018 թվականը ներդնել մարդու պապիլոմավիրուսային վարակի (ՄՊՎ) դեմ պատվաստումներ։ Այն առավել հայտնի է արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի դեմ պատվաստանյութ անվամբ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Առողջապահության նախարարությունն այդ նպատակով 2016 թվականին օժանդակության համար ծրագրային առաջարկով դիմել էր ԳԱՎԻ (Պատվաստումների և պատվաստանյութերի գլոբալ դաշինք) կազմակերպությանը։  Հավանություն տալով ներկայացված ծրագրին`  ԳԱՎԻ-ին պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել առաջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանին տրամադրել պատվաստանյութը և պատվաստումների օժանդակ պարագաները, ինչպես նաև ներդրման նախապատրաստական միջոցառումների մի մասի ծախսերը: Այժմ մանրամասն պլանավորվում են նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները (կրթական և իրազեկման նյութերի մշա կում, բուժաշխատողների կրթում, հանրային իրազեկման միջոցառումներ և այլն): 

Աշխարհի 64 երկրում, այդ թվում` Մեծ Բրիտանիայում, Բելգիայում, Դանիայում, Նիդերլանդներում, Պորտուգալիայում, Շվեյցարիայում, ԱՄՆ-ում, Կանադայում, Ավստրալիայում, ներդրվել է մարդու պապիլոմավիրուսային վարակի դեմ պատվաստանյութը: Վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում իրականացվել է մոտ 200 մլն դեղաչափ ՄՊՎ պատվաստում, որի արդյունքում հավաքագրվել են դրա անվտանգության և արդյունավետության համոզիչ փաստարկներ, և ակնառու ազդեցությունը` սեռական կոնդիլոմաների (գորտնուկների), նախաքաղցկեղային վիճակների և արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելմ ան հարցում: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ, օրինակ, Ավստրալիայում ՄՊՎ պատվաստումների ներդրումից հետո, 5 տարվա կտրվածքով, մինչև 21 և 21-ից 30 տարեկան կանանց շրջանում 93%-ով նվազել են սեռական կոնդիլոմաները:

Պատվաստանյութերը չեն պարունակում հակաբիոտիկներ և կոնսերվանտներ:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կանանց քաղցկեղային հիվանդությունների կառուցվածքում արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղը երկրորդ տեղում է՝ կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղից հետո:  2014 թվականին հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի 229 առաջնային դեպք (ըստ 100.000 բնակչի ցուցանիշը կազմել է 14.6)։ Մտահոգիչ է, որ առաջնային հայտնաբերումը 70% դեպքում լինում է 3-րդ և 4-րդ փուլերում: 2015 թվականի հունվարից Հայաստանում իրականացվող արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի և նախաքաղցկեղային վիճակների հայտնաբերման սկրինիգային ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվել է 112 հազար ՊԱՊ-թեստ, որ ի արդյունքում` հետազոտված 30-ից 60 տարեկան 7422 կնոջ մոտ (6.4%) արձանագրվել են տարբեր աստիճանի բջջաբանական շեղումներ, որից 38-ի մոտ (0.5%)` ինվազիվ կարցինոմա:
