ԲՀԿ քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ Վանիկ Էլիզբարյանը «եռյակի» հանրահավաքը ճիշտ ու տեղին մեկնարկ է համարում, ոստիկանության հրապարակած տվյալների հետ էլ, թե հանրահավաքում 16000 մարդ է եղել, համամիտ չէ. «Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ ոստիկանությունը միշտ քիչ տվյաներ է հաղորդում»: Այս մասին ORER.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Վանիկ Էլիզբարյանը:
«Եռյակի» համատեղ հանրահավաքի վերաբերյալ ԲՀԿ քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամը նաև հավելեց, որ բազմամարդ հանրահավաքով նոր նվաճումների ու փոփոխությունների սկիզբը տրված է. «Մեկնարկը լավ է տրված, իսկ ովքեր ինչ-որ բան չեն տեսնում, կամ փորձում են այլ տեսանկյունից ներկայացնել, ես խորհուրդ կտամ պարզապես մեկ-մեկ օդանավակայանի VIP սրահից հեռանալու փոխարեն, սովորական սրահից հեռանալ` իրականությունը տեսնելու համար: Արտագաղթ միշտ եղել է, բայց այն պոտենցիալը, որ հիմա գնում է` գիտական ներուժը, բիզնես հատվածը, դա արդեն ցավալի է: Չխոսել արտագաղթի մասին և դա անտեսել, դրանից առավել վատ հետևանքներ են առաջանում: Եթե միաժամանակ լինի նաև ներգաղթ, դա այլ հարց է,բայց բացասական սալդոն ահռելի չափով տարբերվում է»:
Հարցին, թե առավել ընդունելի չէ՞ր լինի իշխանության համար «քառյակի» ներկայացրած սոցիալական պահանջները կատարել, քան սրել քաղաքական իրավիճակը, Վանիկ Էլիզբարյանը պատասխանեց նախկին վարչապետի հայտնի արտահայտությամբ. «Հնարավոր է, բայց` ոչ: Իրագործել միշտ էլ հնարավոր է: Այնպես չէ, որ իրենք չեն գիտակցում, կամ չեն տեսնում, պարզապես իրենք այլ հարցերով, PR ակցիաներով են զբաղված: Ես գտնում եմ, որ պահը շատ է հասունացել իշխանափոխության»:
Վանիկ Էլիզբարյանը, որպես երկրի առջև ծառացած լուրջ խնդիր նշեց նաև անկախությունից հետո աշխատատեղերի փակվելը, մասնագետների պակասը և ասաց, որ համամիտ չէ նաև կրթության ոլորտում պարբերաբար ներդրվող ծրագրերի հետ: Դիտարկմանը, թե այդ ծրագրերը կիրառվում են չորս տասնյակից ավել երկրներում և ինչո՞ւ միայն Հայաստանի համար ձեռնտու չէ, ԲՀԿ քաղխորհրդի անդամը պատասխանեց. «Երկրում ավելի լուրջ խնդիրներ կան; Անիմաստ է դա: Մենք ունենք արտագաղթ, տնտեսական ցածր ցուցանիշ: Կարևորագույն հարցերը թողած, երկրորդականի մասին են խոսում: Կրթության համակարգը բերվեց այն վիճակին, որ պրոֆտեխուսումնարաններ այլևս գոյություն չունեն, որոնք մասնագետ բանվորներ էին վերապատրաստում: Ես զարմանում եմ, թե Հայաստանի նման փոքր երկրի ինչին է պետք այսքան իրավագետ, տնտեսագետ: Այս երկրին պետք են նորմալ խառատներ, մասնագիտացված բանվորներ: Նույն Չարենցավանում, երբ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին մեկ տասնյակից ավել գործարան կար, հիմա մեկն է մնացել, որը ՊՆ-ի տրամադրության տակ է: Մի գործարան էլ վերջերս է բացվել, մյուսները չեն գործում: Այս խնդիրն ամբողջ Հայաստանում կա»:
Վանիկ Էլիզբարյանին մտահոգում է նաև երիտասարդ սերնդի զբաղվածության խնդիրը: Նրա խոսքով` երիտասարդը, ով պետք է արժանավայել կերպով իր կյանքը դասավորի, դրա փոխարեն Ռուսաստանում ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներով է զբաղվում:Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ պետք է անել այդ ամենը կանխելու համար, Էլիզբարյանը պատասխանեց, «ՀՀ բյուջեն պետք է ճիշտ օգտագործել, մտածել երիտասարդությանը երկրում պահելու մասին»:
