Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի մասնակից ուսանողների վարձավճարը կզեղչվի

 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ բանակից զորացրված ուսանողները, ովքեր  2016 թ. ապրիլի 2-5-ը մասնակցել են մարտական գործողություններին, ստացել են ուսման վարձի առնվազն 50 տոկոս զեղչ: Վարձավճարի զեղչման համար հիմք է հանդիսացել զինգրքույկում  մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ գրառումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

2016-17 ուսումնական տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի համար ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների 475 ուսանողների համար կատարվել է վերոնշյալ զեղչը: Որպես կանոն՝ բուհերը ուսման վարձի զեղչերի կիրառման ժամանակ սահմանում են նաև միջին որակական գնահատականի՝ ՄՈԳ-ի նվազագույն շեմ ապահովելու պահանջ: Այս պահանջը, սակայն, ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասնակիցների վրա չի տարածվել և վերջիններս ուսման վարձի զեղչից օգտվել են: Բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսման վարձավճարի զեղչերն արվում են ըստ կիսամյակների: Երկրորդ կիսամյակի արդյունքները կամփոփվեն մինչև ապրիլ:

Միաժամանակ հավելենք նաև, որ «Բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության մասին» ՀՀ  օրենքի համաձայն՝ այն ուսանողները, ովքեր իրականացրել են մարտական հերթապահություն (նրանք զինգրքույկում պետք է  ունենան մարտական հերթապահության մասին գրառում և  համապատախան կնիք) ստանում են ուսման վարձի 30 տոկոս զեղչ՝ ըստ ՄՈԳ-ի: 
Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի մասնակից և ծառայության ընթացքում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացրած ուսանողները ուսման վարձի զեղչից օգտվելու համար պետք է դիմեն բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություն:
