Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդյան տոների առիթով հայտարարված «Ամանորյա լավագույն ձևավորում» ամենամյա մրցույթի հաղթողներին է հանձնել Երևանի քաղաքապետի շնորհակալագրերն ու խորհրդանշական հուշանվերները: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ներկաներին համագործակցության համար՝ քաղաքապետի տեղակալը նշել է, որ քաղաքային իշխանությունները ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայում մայրաքաղաքի ամանորյա տոնական ձևավորումը տարեցտարի ավելի գեղեցիկ դարձնելու համար` այդ, ինչպես նաև բազմաթիվ այլ նախաձեռնություններում համագործակցելով մասնավոր ընկերությունների հետ: Որպես համագործակցության նոր դրսևորում՝ Դավիթ Օհանյանը նշել է տոնական օրերին սպասարկման ու ժամանցային ոլորտի մի շարք կազմակերպությունների գործելու փաստը, ինչի արդյունքում երևանցիներն ու քաղաքի հյուրերը տոները բովանդակալից նշելու ընտրության մեծ հնարավորություն են ունեցել: Քաղաքապետի տեղակալը նաև ընդգծել է, որ «Ամանորյա լավագույն ձևավորում» մրցույթում հաղթողներին որոշելիս հաշվի է առնվել ոչ միայն ձևավորման ինքնատիպությունը, այլև համապատասխանությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից սահմանված չափորոշիչներին: 

Մրցույթն այս տարի անցկացվել է երեք անվանակարգով՝ «Լավագույն տոնական ձևավորված կազմակերպություն», «Լավագույն տոնական ձևավորված պատշգամբ»
և «Լավագույն տոնական ձևավորված վարչական շրջան»:
«Լավագույն տոնական ձևավորված կազմակերպություն» անվանակարգում առաջին տեղը զբաղեցրել է «Երևան Մոլ» առևտրի և զվարճանքի համալիրը, 2-րդ մրցանակը հանձնվել է «Կինո Հայաստան» ժամանցի կենտրոնին և լավագույն եռյակը եզրափակել է «Պանդոկ Երևան» ռեստորանային ցանցը: Ամանորյա ձևավորմամբ աչքի ընկած անհատ այլ ձեռներեցներ ու կազմակերպություններ ևս պարգևատրվել են Երևանի քաղաքապետի շնորհակալագրերով:
«Լավագույն տոնական ձևավորված պատշգամբ» անվանակարգում լավագույնն է ճանաչվել քաղաքացի Ալինա Կարապետյան-Հովակիմյանի ձևավորած պատշգամբը:
Երևան քաղաքի ամանորյա ձևավորման մրցույթի «Լավագույն տոնական ձևավորված վարչական շրջան» անվանակարգում 2-րդ տարին անընդմեջ հաղթող է ճանաչվել Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ուշադրության և գնահատանքի համար՝ մրցույթի հաղթողներն ու մասնակիցները նշել են, որ պարգևը նաև պարտավորեցնող է հետագայում ևս մայրաքաղաքի ամանորյա տոնական ձևավորման աշխատանքներում նոր նախաձեռնություններով ու գեղեցիկ լուծումներով հանդես գալու համար: Հիշեցնենք, որ համաձայն Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու համար 48-Ն որոշման՝ սահմանվել է Երևանի տարածքում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի և դրան հարակից ընդհանուր օգտագործման հատվածների պարտադիր բարեկարգման կարգը, ըստ որի պետք է իրականացվի քաղաքային նշանակության փողեցներում գտնվող առևտրային օբյեկտների տոնական զարդարումը` Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդյան տոներին:
