ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրները կորոշեն Միության ներքին շուկաներում խոչընդոտների վերացման ստույգ ժամկետները

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ներքին շուկաներում խոչընդոտներն ու սահմանափակումները պետք Է ներառվեն հատուկ «ճանապարհային քարտեզներում»: Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Միության ներսում ապրանքների, ծառայությունների, կապիտալի եւ աշխատուժի ազատ տեղաշարժման այս եւ այլ հարցեր քննարկվել են պրոֆիլային Խորհրդատվական կոմիտեի առաջին նիստում: 
«Անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները քանիցս նշել են առանց խոչընդոտների, բացառումների ու սահմանափակումների մեր Միության ներքին շուկայի գործառման կարեւորությունը,- ասել Է Խորհրդատվական կոմիտեի նախագահ, ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի ներքին շուկաների, ինֆորմատիզացիայի, տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների հարցերով անդամ (նախարար) Կարինե Մինասյանը:-Այժմ մենք ակտիվացնում ենք այդ աշխատանքը, եւ Խորհրդատվական կոմիտեն, որն այսօր սկսում Է իր գործունեությունը, այդ ուղղությամբ արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործիքներից մեկն Է: Երկրները շահագրգռված են, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի շուկան գործի որպես միասնական շուկա: Անտարակույս, մենք առաջ ենք շարժվելու՝ ելնելով երկրների գերակայություններից, հաշվի առնելով բոլոր առաջարկությունները»:
Կոմիտեի անդամները գնահատել են Միության իրավունքի գոյություն ունեցող նորմերը եւ եկել այն միասնական կարծիքին, որ մի շարք դրույթներ վերանայման կարիք ունեն: Դրանցից մեկը վերաբերում Է միութենական շուկայում առկա խոչընդոտներին: Բացառումներն ու սահմանափակումները թույլատրելի խոչընդոտներ են ԵԱՏՄ-ի ներքին շուկաներում, որոնք Միության մասին պայմանագրով նախատեսված են որպես բացառություններ, որոնց կրճատմանը պետք Է ձգտեն անդամ պետությունները: Առաջիկա մի քանի ամիսներին կստեղծվեն հատուկ «ճանապարհային քարտեզներ», որոնցում կամրագրվեն ըստ գործունեության ուղղությունների բացառումներն ու սահմանափակումները եւ մասնակից յուրաքանչյուր երկրի կողմից դրանց վերացման պլանները՝ նրա տնտեսական հնարավորություններին համապատասխան: 
Բացի այդ, նիստում քննարկել են խոչընդոտները արգելքների, բացառումների եւ սահմանափակումների բաժանելու մեթոդաբանության նախապատրաստումը, ինչպես նաեւ դրանց ռեեստրի վարման կարգը: Այդ փաստաթղթերը նորմատիվային հիմք կդառնան Միության ներքին շուկաներում խնդիրների բացահայտմանն ու վերացմանն ուղղված հետագա աշխատանքի համար եւ այն կդարձնեն ավելի արդյունավետ:
