 ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի տեղակալ Բորիս Դեմիրխանյանը փետրվարի 3-ին հանդիպեց ամերիկյան «Օրակլ» ընկերության Միջին Ասիայի, Աֆրիկայի և Կովկասի տարածաշրջանների ռազմավարական գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության տնօրեն Բաբակ Կոբարին և ընկերության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցիչ Լևոն Ղանթարջյանին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, «Օրակլ»-ը ծրագրային և ցանցային լուծումների ամերիկյան խոշոր կորպորացիա է, որը քառասնամյա փորձառություն ունի  տվյալների կառավարման բնագավառում:

Կողմերը քննարկեցին պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության ձևաչափով համատեղ ծրագրերի մշակման և դրանց հնարավոր իրականացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր, Հայաստանում տարածաշրջանային «Տվյալների մշակման կենտրոն»-ի&nb sp; (Date center) ստեղծման ծրագրին առնչվող մանրամասներ: 

Այս համագործակցությունը հնարավորություն կընձեռի  «Օրակլ»-ի բազմամյա փորձը բերել Հայաստան` թե´ ենթակառուցվածքների, թե´ խոշորածավալ տվյալների կառավարման բնագավառում:
