Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում երկրորդ անգամ անընդմեջ հետաձգվեց կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող դատավոր Իշխան Բարսեղյանի և փաստաբան Էլզա Զաքարյանի գործով դատավարությունը՝ դատավոր Կարեն Մարդանյանի նախագահությամբ: 

Ամբաստանյալ Իշխան Բարսեղյանի պաշտպաններ Վարդուհի Էլբակյանն ու Արա Ղազարյանը միջ նորդություն ներկայացրին իրենց տրամադրել գործում առկա նյութերը լազերային սկավառակների պատճենների տեսքով, այդ թվում՝ Բարսեղյանի նկատմամբ նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը, կաշառքի նմանակում օպերացիան և առկա մյուս ապացույցները:

Դատարանը բավարարել է միջնորդությունը և որոշել է նյութերը տրամադրել պաշտպանական կողմին:

Դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է, հաջորդ նիստը նշանակվել է փետրվարի 9-ին:
