Ոչ պարենային ապրանքների շուկայում հունվարին արձանագրվել է գնանկում

Հայաստանի սպառողական շուկայում հունվարին, 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի համեմատ, գրանցվել է 2,6 տոկոս գնաճ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության նախագահի խորհրդական Գուրգեն Մարտիրոսյանը` ներկայացնելով հունվար ամսվա սպառողական գների վիճակագրությունը

«Հունվարին, մասնավորապես, պարենային ապրանքների գներն ունեցել են էականորեն բարձր աճ` 7,4 տոկոս: Պարենային մի քանի ապրանքախմբերում արձանագրվել է գնաճ 0,1-ից մինչև 49 տոկոսի չափով: Առավել բարձր գնաճ է արձանագրվել միրգ ապրանքային խմբում `10,9 տոկոսով, բանջարեղեն-կարտոֆիլ ապրանքային խմբում` 49 տոկոսով»,-ասաց  Գուրգեն Մարտիրոսյանը:  Նրա խոսքով՝ դա հիմնականում պայմանավորվել է դեկտեմբերի 30-31-ին արձանագրված թռիչքային գնաճով, որը, պահպանվելով, հունվարին հանգեցրել է այդպիսի ցուցանիշի:

Մսամթերքի շուկայում հունվարին գրանցվել է 0,2 տոկոս, ձվի շուկայում` 2,8 տոկոս, կենդանական, բուսական յուղի շուկայում՝ 0,7 տոկոս գնաճ: Գնանկում արձանագրվել է հրուշակեղենի շուկայում` 0,2 տոկոս:

Ի տարբերություն սննդամթերքի շուկայի, ոչ պարենային ապրանքների և ծառայությունների շուկայում հունվարին արձանագրվել է գնանկում: Ոչ պարենային ապրանքների գները նվազել են 3,5 տոկոսով, ծառայություններինը`1,8 տոկոսով: Հունվարին փոփոխվել է գազի սակագինը` նվազելով 5,2 տոկոսով: Նվազում է արձանագրվել կոշկեղենի շուկայում` 3, 4 տոկոսով, հագուստի և գործվածքի՝ 1.9 տոկոսով գնանկումով: Կահույքի, կենցաղային էլեկտրաապրանքների գները հունվարին նվազել են 0.5 տոկոսով, գորգեղենինը և շինանյութերինը՝ 0.4 տոկոսով:

Աճման միտումով փոփոխվել են խմելու ջրի սակագները: Մինչ 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը հանրապետությունում գործում էր խմելու ջրի տարբեր սակագներ: Հունվարի 1-ից հետո հանրապետությունում սահմանվեց մեկ միասնական սակագին, արդյունքում՝ Երևանում, Գյումրիում, Վանաձորում ջրի սակագինը բարձրացել է, համապատասխանաբար, 8,3, 6,7, 6,4 դրամով: Մյուս քաղաքներում, հակառակը, նվազել է:  

Գուրգեն Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ գնային փոփոխություններ են նկատվում բենզինի, դիզվառելիքի շուկայում: «Նախորդ տարի այս շուկաներում արձանագրվում էր գնանկում: 2017 թվականի հունվարի 20-ից արձանագրվում է պարբերաբար գնաճ: Փետրվարի 1-ին բենզինի 1 լիտրի գինը 26 դրամով, դիզվառելիքինը 29 դրամով ավելացել է: Այդ միտումը դեռ շարունակվում է: Տեսնում ենք, որ միջազգային շուկայում վառելիքի գները նույնպես բարձրացել են»,-ասաց Գուրգեն Մարտիրոսյանը: Նա նկատեց, որ թեպետ հունվարի վերջին տասնօրյակում բենզինի գների ավելացում է նկատվում, սակայն հունվարի միջին ցո ւցանիշի համաձայն, բենզինի գինն իջել է 2 տոկոսով, դիզվառելիքինը 0,7 տոկոսով աճել է:

«Սպառողների խորհրդատվության կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը նշեց, որ արդեն ավանդական է դարձել, երբ տոներից առաջ սննդամթերքի, մրգի, բանջարեղենի գները զգալի բարձրանում են: Գների կարգավորման համար էլ որոշակի ժամանակ է պահանջվում:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է բենզինի գների ավելացմանը, ապա այստեղ մի հետաքրքիր միտում է նկատվում. երբ միջազգային շուկայում գները նվազում են, ապա մեր շուկան արձագանքում է կես տարի հետո, բայց հենց միջազգային գները թանկանում են, ապա այստեղ տնտեսավարողներն անմիջապես բարձրացնում են: Փաստերը բենզինի վերջին թանկացումներն են»,-ասաց նա:
