«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կարապետյանի մոտ չի ստացվում ջուր ծեծել

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի այցը Գյումրի հերթական անգամ աղմկահարույց դարձավ և հերթական անգամ գլխավոր դերում էին լրագրողները։ Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցից հետո, լրատվական դաշտում և սոցցանցերում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում էին ինչպես վարչապետի պատասխանները, այնպես էլ լրագրողների հարցերը։ Կարծիքները միանշանակ չէին, ինչը արդեն իսկ վկայում էր խնդրի առկայության մասին։ Իսկ այդ խնդիրները նոր չեն, բանն այն է, որ հայաստանյան լրատվական դաշտում կա մասնագետ լրագրողների սուր պակաս, ինչն զգացնել է տալիս պետական հաստատությունների աշխատակիցների հետ հարցազրույցներում։ Կարեն Կարապետյանի պարագայում լրատվական հանրույթի հետ, այսպես ասած, լեզու չգտնելը պայմանավորված է մի շարք հանգամանքներով։


Նախ և առաջ վարչապետը տեխնոկրատ է, սրանով է պայմանավորված նաև Կարապետյանի հակումը հակիրճ և «այո» «ոչ»–ով սահմանափակվող պատասխաններով, այլ կերպ ասած՝ Կարապետյանի մոտ չի ստացվում ջուր ծեծել։ Հենց այստեղ արդեն ի հայտ է գալիս մասնագետ լրագրողների պակասը, քանի որ Կարապետյանի հետ բովանդակային և սուր հարցազրույց տանելու համար պետք է առնվազն պատկերացումներ ունենալ տնտեսության և տնտեսագիտության մասին։ Սակայն սրա փոխարեն հայաստանյան լրատվությունը սահմանափակված է պոպուլիզմով ու պրովոկացիոնիզմով, ինչը, ի դեպ, հատուկ է նաև քաղաքական դաշտին, որտեղ բացակայում է քաղաքական տեքստը։ Արդյունքում ստեղծվում է մի վիճակ, որտեղ տեխնոկրատ և պրագմատիկ վարչապետի հետ չեն կարողանում երկխոսություն տանել պրովոկացիոնիստ լրագրողները։


Հենց սա է նաև պատճառը, որ հայաստանյան լրատվական դաշտի շատ ներկայացուցիչներ հաճույքով հարցազրույցներ են վերցնում Առաքել Մովսիսյանից, Սեյրան Սարոյանից, Մանվել Գրիգորյանից և այլն։ Վերջիններիս խոսքը բացարձակ քաղաքական չէ, մասնագիտական չէ և նույնիսկ ինֆորմացիոն չէ, սակայն դրա փոխարեն այն կոլորիտային է, բարբառային, հաճախ գռեհիկ, ինչի արդյունքում մեծ դիտումներ է ապահովում լրատվամիջոցի համար։ Այս մոտեցումը, սակայն, բերում է լրագրության ընկալման խեղաթյուրման, իսկ լավ լրագրությունը չափվում է հարցերի սադրիչության մակարդակով։ 


Ցավոք, պետք է նշել, որ այս խնդրի կողմերից մեկն էլ հանրությունն է, որը շատ ավելի ընկալունակ է նման կիսալրագրության նկատմամբ, քան լուրջ մասնագիտական հոդվածների և հարցարզույցների։ Սակայն հանրային այս ընկալման մեջ նույնպես իրենց մեղքի բաժինն ունեն լրատվամիջոցներն ու լրագրողները, որոնք պետք է ձևավորեն պահանջարկն ու ճաշակը, սակայն իրականում լրատվամիջոցները շարժվում են հակառակ տարբերակով՝ մատուցում են այն լրատվությունը, որն սպառվում է, սակայն ոչ հետևանք է ունենում, ոչ էլ որևէ ինֆորմացիա է իր մեջ պարունակում։ 


Սա իր հերթին բերում է հանրային յուրօրինակ բթացման, որի մեջ ակամայից ինֆորմացվող քաղաքացին ավելի շատ է սկսում բացել այս կամ այն օդիոզ կերպարին վերաբերող լուրերը, քան որևէ վերլուծություն կամ ծավալուն հոդված։
Ի լրումն սրա նշենք, որ վարչապետի Գյումրի այցից հետո որոշ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ լրագողների անգրագիտությունը ներկայացրին որպես «վարչապետասիրություն», սա, ի դեպ, շատ տարօրինակ ինքնապաշտպանական բնազդ է, քանի որ երևույթները բացարձակ կապ չունեն միմյանց հետ։
