Ինչպես հայտնում է ORER.am-ը, այսօր խորհրդարանում հայտարարությունների ժամին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանը անդրադարձավ Կարո Փալյանին եւ նրա հայանվեր գործունեությանը:

«Վերջերս անընդհատ, տարբեր առիթներով, տեղի եւ անտեղի շոշափվում է մեր սիրելի հայրենակից Կարո Փալյանի անունը, նրա մասին հաճախ հնչում են իրապես արժանի բարձր գնահատականներ, սակայն մի՛ մոռացեք, որ մեր եղբայրը մի երկրի քաղաքացի է, որի հետ չունենք դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ եւ որի հետ հարաբերվում ենք փոխադարձ ատելության մթնոլորտում:

Հաճախ հնչում են այնպիսի առաջարկներ եւ հայտարարություններ, որոնք էմոցիոնալ են, սակայն իրականում ոչ արդյունավետ բնույթ են կրում: Մենք պիտի կարողանանք մեր վարքագծով եւ մոտեցումներով այնպես անել, որ չվտանգենք եւ չվնասենք մեր հայրենակցին. առաջարկում եմ լինել մաքսիմում զգոն, զգույշ՝ հաշվի առնելով Թուրքիայում տիրող իրավիճակը, եւ ուզում եմ հիշեցնել հայկական հայտնի ասացվածքը. «Այգի մտնելիս ի՞նչ ենք ուզում` խաղո՞ղ ուտել, թե՞ այգեպանին ծեծել»,- մեջբերման ավարտից հետո պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ վերջերս տեղի ունեցած մի կարեւոր եւ աննախադեպ իրադարձության, որը կազմակերպվել էր «Արեւմտահայոց ազգային համագումար» միջազգային, ոչ կառավարական հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից:

«Արեւմտահայոց ազգային համագումարը» տարիներ շարունակ եւ՛ Հայաստանում, եւ՛ Հայաստանի տարածքից դուրս ծավալում է ակտիվ գործունեություն՝ ի նպաստ արեւմտահայերի (Օսմանյան կայսրության նախկին հայ քաղաքացիների ժառանգների) շահերի ու իրավունքների պաշտպանության: Համաձայն Արեւմտահայոց չորրորդ Համագումարի որոշումների` «Արեւմտահայոց Ազգային Համագումարը», կազմակերպության նախագահ Սուրեն Սերայդարյանի գլխավորությամբ, նախաձեռնել է Փոքր Ասիայի ժողովուրդների իրավունքների միասնական պայքարի դաշտի ստեղծման ծրագիր:

Այս նպատակն իրագործելու համար 2017 թվականի հունվարի 28-ին եւ 29-ին Բեռլին քաղաքում տեղի ունեցավ Արեւմտահայոց Ազգային Համագումարի նախաձեռնած եւ մեկ տասնյակ կազմակերպությունների կողմից աջակցություն ստացած «Փոքր Ասիայի ժողովուրդների, իրավունքով միացյալ» խորհրդաժողովը՝ նվիրված Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության 10-րդ տարելիցին: Խորհրդաժողովին մասնակցում էին 4 տարբեր երկրների խորհրդարանների 4 անդամներ, 5 քաղաքական կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներ եւ 15 քաղաքացիական կազմակերպություններ:

Խոսվեցին հայ, հույն, ասորի, արամեացի, քուրդ, թուրք դեմոկրատների, զազա, եզդի ժողովուրդների` թուրքական ազգայնամոլ պետությունների կողմից շարունակական եւ համակարգված հալածանքների, ցեղասպանության հետեւանքով կրած վնասների, ինչպես նաեւ ժողովրդավարության, ժողովուրդների միջեւ երկխոսության, համատեղ իրավական միջոցառումների եւ իրավունքների վերականգնմանը նպաստող գործողությունների մասին:

Արդյունքում ընդունվեց որոշում, ըստ որի` Խորհրդաժողովը ստեղծեց «19 Հունվար Նախաձեռնություն» կոչվող կազմակերպչական խորհուրդ, որի պարտականությունն է մինչեւ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հիմնել «Փոքր Ասիայի ազգերի լիգա»:

Խորհրդաժողովի ավարտին «19 Հունվար Նախաձեռնության» համակարգող խորհրդին անդամագրվեցին ավելի քան 50 անդամներ, եւ ընդունվեց համատեղ հայտարարություն»:
