ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը փետրվարի 7-ին հանդիպել է «Լիարժեք կյանք» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Սուրեն Մաղաքյանին և «Երեխաների աջակցություն» կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նունե Պեպանյանին։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից՝ հավելելով. «Քննարկման թեման վերաբերում էր հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց տրանսպորտային խնդիրներին՝ տրանսպորտից օգտվելու մատչելիությանը և հասանելիությանը։

ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչները նշեցին, որ ներկայում շատ քիչ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ են հարմարեցված հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հարմարավետ տեղաշարժին։ Նրանք հույս հայտնեցին, որ նախարարության օժանդակությամբ և օգնությամբ առաջիկայում հնարավորություն կստեղծվի դրանց որոշակի լուծում տալ։

Ա. Առաքելյանն ընդգծեց, որ բարձրացված խնդիրները նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են։ «Ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությունները հնարավորություն կտան, որպեսզի տրանսպորտային միջոցները հարմարեցված լինեն հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար։ 

«Մեր ամենակարևոր և առանցքային խնդիրն ենք համարում այնպիսի պայմաններ սահմանել, որոնք փոխադրում իրականացնող ընկերություններին պարտադրեն իրենց տրանսպորտային միջոցները հարմարեցնել հաշմանդամություն ունեցողներին»,- ասաց նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը։

Նշվեց նաև, որ օրենքում տեղ գտած փոփոխությունների արդյունքում փոխադրումների նոր մրցույթներ անցկացնելիս կլինի պայման, ըստ որի՝ մեքենաների որոշակի քանակ հարմարեցված կլինի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում առաջարկվեց հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց տրանսպորտային խնդրին համակարգային լուծում տալու համար նաև ձևավորել հանձնաժողով, որտեղ ներգրավված կլինեն տարբեր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ»։
