Սլովակիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Սեյրանյանը (նստավարը՝ Պրահա) փետրվարի 7-ին Բրատիսլավայում հանդիպել  է Սլովակիայի Հանրապետության Ազգային խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ, հունգարական ազգային փոքրամասնությունը ներկայացնող «MOST-HID» կոալիցիոն կուսակցության առաջնորդ Բելա Բուգարի հետ։ Հանդիպմանը խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին՝ Սլովակիայի խորհրդարանական պատվ իրակությանը ջերմ ընդունելության արժանացնելու կապակցությամբ։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Դեսպան Սեյրանյանն իր զրուցակցին տեղեկություններ ներկայացրեց հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցող ադրբեջանական սադրանքների մասին, որոնք հանգեցրին մարդկային կորուստների, և շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում պաշտոնական Բրատիսլավայի հավասարակշիռ դիրքորոշման համար։

Բելա Բուգարն իր հերթին վերահաստատեց Սլովակիայի դիրքորոշումը, որ ԼՂ հակամարտությունը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով։

Կողմերը համակարծիք էին, որ հայ-սլովակյան միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունները զարգացման մեծ ներուժ ունեն, և անհրաժեշտություն կա ավելի ընդլայնել դրանք, այդ թվում՝ բարեկամության խմբերի, միջազգային խորհրդարանական հարթակներում փոխգործակցության միջոցով։ 

Փոխխոսնակը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ ապրիլին Հայաստանում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կլինեն ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման վառ դրսևորում։

Զրույցի ավարտին Բելա Բուգարը դեսպան Սեյրանյանին ներկայացրեց Սլովակիայի՝ կես միլիոնի հասնող հունգարական համայնքի խնդիրները։

Այնուհետև, Հայաստանի դեսպանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Հայաստան-Սլովակիա միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Դուշան Տիթթելի հետ, ում հետ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց ընդլայնել բարեկամության խմբի կազմը։

Դուշան Տիթթելը հաջողություն մաղթեց բարեկամ Հայաստանի ժողովրդին՝ ապրիլին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն անցկացնելու հարցում և պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց ապագայում էլ ակտիվորեն գործակցել ՀՀ հաջորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի Հայաստան-Սլովակիա միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի շրջանակներում։

Բրատիսլավա կատարած այցի ընթացքում դեսպան Սեյրանյանը Սլովակիայի խորհրդարանում ու Արտաքին և եվրոպական գործերի նախարարությունում ունեցավ նաև այլ հանդիպումներ»։
