Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի Հայոց թեմի Մոսկվայի եկեղեցական համալիրի հանդիսությունների սրահում փետրվարի 8-ին տեղի  է ունեցել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի կազմավորման 25-ամյակին նվիրված պաշտոնական ընդունելությունը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայությունից՝ հա վելելով. «Միջոցառմանը մասնակցեցին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը, Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանը, ՌԴ ՊՆ բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչները, ՌԴ-ում օտարերկրյա դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների ներքո հավատարմագրված ռազմական կցորդները, ՌԴ-ում գտնվող ՀՀ զինվորական բարձրաստիճան և սպայական անձնակազմն ու Մոսկվայի համայնքային կառույցների ղեկավարները:

Հանդիսության բացման խոսքով ելույթ ունեցավ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը: Շնորհավորելով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի կազմավորման հոբելյանական տարեթվի առթիվ՝ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանն ամփոփ անդրադարձ կատարեց Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման պատմությանը: Օլեգ Եսայանը, խոսելով ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում ստեղծված ներկայիս իրավիճակի մասին, նշեց հակառակորդի կողմից զինադադարի խախատման բազմաթիվ դեպքերի մասին:    

Միջոցառմանը ելույթներով հանդես եկան նաև Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանն ու ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ ռազմական կցորդ, գնդապետ Արմեն Լալայանը, ով խոսեց հայ զինվորի ոգու, մարտունակության, ինչպես նաև «Ազգ-բանակ» ձևաչափով ՀՀ Զինված ուժերում ընթացող բարեփոխումների մասին:

Գնդապետ Արմեն Լալայանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բոլոր այն բարերաներին, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ աջակցել են Հայոց բանակի կայացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը:

Միջոցառման շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի սպայական կազմի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչների հանձնվեցին նաև ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից շնորհված մեդալներն ու շնորհակալագրերը:  

Պաշտոնական ընդունելությունը շարունակվեց Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի Հայոց թեմի ներքո գործող Հայորդաց տան սաների համերգային կատարումներով»:
