Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը պատրաստվում է քննարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցը ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ՝ Հայաստանի ղեկավարի՝ Փարիզ կատարելիք այցի ընթացքում:

Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների հակմակարգող խորհրդի ամենամյա ճաշկերույթի ընթացքում այս մասին նշել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը:

«Այս հարցում Ֆրանսիան առանձնահատուկ պատասխանատվություն ունի՝ որպես Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկիր Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Հրատապությունը, իսկ հրատապություն կա, այս հարցին լուծում գտնելն է, քանի որ անցած տարվա ապրիլի 2-4-ի ահավոր իրադարձությունները մեզ հիշեցրին որ ամեն օր կամ գրեթե ամեն օր Ղարաբաղում մահ է արձանագրվում: Ուստի, մենք պետք է գործենք և պետք է գործել բախումները դադարեցնելու համար»,- նշել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը:

«Մարտերը դադարեցվել են, երկխոսություն է սկսվել, հրադադար է հաստատվել, սակայն մենք չենք կարող բավարարվել հադադարով, քանի որ դա լուծում չէ: Մենք պետք է հակամարտության կարգավորման համար իրական բանակցություններ սկսենք: Մեծ սխալ կլինի կարծել, թե իրավիճակը կայունացել է: Մենք պետք է անդրադառնանք հակամարտության կարգավորման տարրերին, որոնք արձանագրված են Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներում:

Մենք գիտենք նաև, որ երբ վերջիններս կիրառվեն, դրանք պետք է հիմնվեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնորոշման վրա, ուստի այս ճանապարհով առաջ շարժվելու համար Ֆրանսիան նոր հանդիպում կկազմակերպի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ»,- շեշտել է Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը:

Անդրադառնալով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններին՝ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը հիշատակել է, որ դրանց կարգավորման գործընթացը մեռյալ կետում է:

«Ես վերահաստատում եմ, որ այս հարցում ևս Ֆրանսիան ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև ցամաքային սահմանն ի վերջո բացվի»,- նշել է Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը:
