Դասագրքերի ստեղծման գործընթացում նախատեսվում են բեկումնային և արմատական փոփոխություններ. ԿԳՆ

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը փետրվարի 10-ին ընդունել է Մանմար, Էդիթ Պրինտ, Տիգրան Մեծ, Աստղիկ, Զանգակ, Անտարես և Արևիկ հրատարակչությունների ղեկավարներին:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության տեղեկատվության  հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են դպրոցական դասագրքերի հետ կապված տեխնիկական և բովանդակային հարցեր: Նախարարը նշել է, որ հանրության շրջանում կա օբյեկտիվ դժգոհություն` կապված որոշ դասագրքերի որակի և ծանրաբեռնվածության հետ, ավելին` դրանք չեն բավարարում ներկայիս պահանջներին, հետևաբար նախարարությունը նախատեսում է բեկումնային և արմատական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել այս ոլորտում:  Այս կապակցությամբ հանդիպումներ են անցկացվելու բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ` քննարկելու հիմնախնդիրը և համապատասխան լուծումեր գտնելու համար:

Ըստ նախարարի`  վարչապետի հանձնարարականով նախատեսվում  է Կրթության ազգային ինստիտուտի բարեփոխումների շրջանակում հիմնել դասագրքաստեղծ կառույց` դասագրքերի ստեղծման գործընթացը համակարգելու նպատակով: Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով` բարեփոխումների գործընթացը պետք է սկսել հենց այսօր, որպեսզի հաջորդ տարի արդեն դաշտը բարելավված լինի: Նախարարը նշել է, որ ներկայումս տարրական դասարանների և ավագ դպրոցի որոշ դասագրքեր տպագրվում են պետբյուջեի, իսկ մնացած դասագրքերը` Դասագրքերի շրջանառու հիմնադրամի միջոցով:

Այդ համատեքստում Լևոն Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձել է որոշ դասագրքերի բովանդակության, որակի, դրանք ավելի ընկալելի դարձնելու, ինչպես նաև որոշ տեխնիկական խնդիրների:

Ըստ նախարարի` քանի որ մեր երկրում բացակայում է դասագիրք գրելու մշակույթը, այդ պատճառով երբեմն հաշվի չեն առնվում երեխայի ծանրաբեռնվածության աստիճանը, տարիքային առանձնահատկությունները և այլն: Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով` հիմնականում առկա է երկու դժգոհություն,  մասնավորապես, բնագիտական և պատմական առարկաների մասով ակադեմիական չափից բարձր մակարդակ և հայերենի խրթին շարադրանք:

Նախարարը հրատարակիչներին առաջարկել է ստեղծել աշ խատանքային խումբ, որտեղ ներգրավված կլինի նաև վերջիններիս ներկայացուցիչը: Խումբը կամփոփի դասագրքաստեղծ կենտրոնի ձևավորման վերաբերյալ հրատարակիչների ներկայացրած առաջարկությունները և դիտարկումները, ինչպես նաև այլ խնդիրներ` փորձագետների բազա ստեղծելու, դասագրքերի և ուսուցիչների ձեռնարկների մշակման հստակ չափանիշների և մեթոդաբանության հետ կապված:

Հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել պարբերաբար անցկացնել նման հանդիպումներ` հստակ ձևակերպելով օրակարգային խնդիրները:
