ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում փետրվարի 10-ին ներքին աուդիտի զարգացման ու բարեփոխումների շրջանակում տեղի է ունեցավ հանդիպում ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանի, նախարարի տեղակալներ Դավիթ Անանյանի, Կարեն Թամազյանի և հանրային հատվածների ներքին աուդիտի պատասխանատուների հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակն էր ի մի բերել առկա խնդիրները և դրանց լուծման ուղիները:

ՀՀ ֆինանսների  նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը նշեց, որ նախարարությունն ունի  այդ հանգույցի զարգացման իր տեսլականը, բայց նախնական փուլում կարևորում է անկաշկանդ քննարկումը ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ՝ հնարավոր խոչընդոտները բացառելու, լավագույն գաղափարները համախմբելու և աուդիտորների մտահոգությունները քննարկելու համար: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ռիսկերը թեև իդենտիֆիկացվել են, այնուամենայնիվ  ֆինանսական կարգապահության և պետական հիմնարկների արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործընթացը դանդաղում է: Ներքին աուդիտը պետք է արդյուանվետ աշխատի՝ իդենտիֆիկացնելով  ռիսկերը, ներդնելով հսկողության մեխանիզմներ ու կանխարգելիչ գործիքներ: Համակարգի ներդրման համար անհրաժեշտ է շարժիչ ուժ, և այդ գործում գերակայում է ֆինանսների նախարարության մասնակցությունը:

«Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը, որպես քաղաքականություն մշակող մարմին և պետական ֆինանսների պատասխանատու, կառավարման համակարգում բարեփոխումների իրականացման մասով իր դիտակետում ունի նաև ներքին աուդիտի հանգույցը՝ որպես կարևորագույն ինստիտուտ պետական ֆինանսների կառավարման  մասով: Առաջիկա տարիներին ներքին աուդիտի համակարգի կայացումը  մեզ համար լինելու է  նախապատվություններից մեկը: Կոնկրետ ես ինքս մեծ տեղ եմ տալու ֆինանսների նախարարությունում ներքին աուդիտի զարգացմանը եւ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պետք է ծառայի որպես օրին ակելի նախարարություն», - նշել է նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը:
