«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Ես ևս Ադրբեջանի «սև ցուցակում» եմ։ Իհարկե, ես ևս կարող եմ ինձ այդ հարցն ուղղել, թեև, ի տարբերություն Լապշինի, ես չունեմ երկքաղաքացիություն, ես ունեմ դիվանագիտական անձնագիր։ Բայց ես չգիտեմ, թե որտեղ է ավարտվում Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի և Իլհամ Ալիևի բարեկամության սահմանը»,– «168 ժամի» թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, ԱՊՀ-ի և եվրասիական ինտեգրացիայի հարցերով ՌԴ Պետդումայի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ («Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցություն) Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը՝ անդրադառնալով բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի արտահանձնման աղմկահարույց գործին։

Նա նշել է, որ արտահանձնման պատճառները չի ցանկանում քննարկել։ Զատուլինի կարծիքով՝ այս որոշման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը երկու երկրների՝ Ադրբեջանի և Բելառուսի վրա է։

«Բայց ցանկությունը՝ պահպանել բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ ԱՊՀ-ի շրջանակում տարբեր երկրների հետ, նրանցից մեկը մեր ամենամտերիմ գործընկերն Է, քանի որ մեզ հետ միությունների մաս է կազմում՝ ԵՏՄ-ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, մյուսը, չլինելով այս կազմակերպությունների կազմում՝ ԱՊՀ անդամ է, մեր հարևանն է, այլ անձանց վրա բարդելով սեփական անբավարարվածությունը, սեփական հավակնությունները կամ նրանց հաշվին կառուցելով սեփական հարաբերությունները, բացարձակապես անընդունելի են և չեն կարող անհետևանք մնալ ռուս-ադրբեջանական և ռուս-բելառուսական հարաբերությունների համար»:
