ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բոլոր սահմանափակումները կվերացվեն մինչև 2025 թվականը

Հայաստանում մեկնարկեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) անդամ պետությունների տրանսպորտի բնագավառի լիազոր մարմինների ղեկավարների 6-րդ խորհրդակցությունը, որի շրջանակում մասնակիցները քննարկելու են ԵԱՏՄ երկրների միջեւ տրանսպորտային քաղաքականությանը, ոլորտին եւ ենթակառուցվածքներին առնչվող արդիական հարցեր: Հանդիպումը միտված է նաեւ քննարկելու ոլորտում իրականացվող աշխատանքները, որոնÖ „ կնպաստեն միասնական տրանսպորտային տարածքի եւ միասնական շուկայի տրանսպորտային ծառայությունների ձեւավորմանը:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի էներգետիկայի և ենթակառուցվածքի հարցերով Կոլեգիայի անդամ (Նախարար) Ադամկուլ Ժունուսովի խոսքով՝ խորհրդակցության նախնական փուլը բավականին արդյունավետ էր: «Մենք կարողացանք օրակարգային հարցերում համաձայնության գալ, հստակեցնել աշխատանքները՝ կապված հետագա աշխատանքների նախագծման հետ, որոնք միտված են ճանապարհային արգելքների վերացմանը: Մենք ակնկալում ենք որակական փոփոխություններ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների տնտեսության մեջ, մարդկանց կյանքի որակի բարելավում, ապրանքների մրցունակություն, տրանսպորտային հասանելիություն եւ մարդկանց շարժունակության բարձրացում»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նա:

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում ստորագրվել են մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, որոնք վերաբերում են մինչեւ 2025 թվականը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների միջեւ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բոլոր սահմանափակումների վերացմանը:

«Հայաստանը սերտորեն համագործակցում է Եվրոպական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի հետ, եւ Տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունն էլ իր հերթին հատուկ նշանակություն է տալիս տրանսպորտային շուկայի զարգացման համար բարենպաստ պայմանների ստեղծմանը: Հայաստանը նաեւ մասնակցում է միջազգային փոխադրումների ազատականացման գործընթացին, ֆիզիկական եւ ոչ ֆիզիկական  արգելքների վերացմանը: ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում համագործակցության հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը Բեռների ավտոմոբիլային փոխադրումների փուլային ազատականացման ծրագրի իրականացում ն է»,-ընդգծեց նախարարը՝ նշելով, որ կաբոտաժային փոխադրումների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանում արդեն իսկ կատարվել են օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ, եւ այս փուլում Հայաստանը պատրաստ է այդ փոխադրումների իրականացմանը:

«Բեռների կաբոտաժային ավտոմոբիլային փոխադրում» ասելով պետք է հասկանալ մեկ անդամ պետության տարածքում գրանցված փոխադրողի կողմից այլ անդամ պետության տարածքում գտնվող կետերի միջեւ բեռների փոխադրումը ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտով։
