ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են պայթուցիկ սարքը ձեռքին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնի շենքին մոտենալու դեպքի հանգամանքները։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. փետրվարի 10-ին` ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը ապօրինի ձեռք բերված և իր մոտ պահվող ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «Ф1» տեսակի ձեռքի բեկորային մարտական նռնակով և նռնակին ամրացված «УЗРГМ» տեսակի մարտական պայթուցիչով մոտեցել է Գորիս քաղաքի ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնի վարչական շենքին: Տղամարդը պահանջել է բացել մուտքի դուռը, ապա հեռացել և քայլել հարակից փողոցով՝ ճանապարհին նետելով նռնակն առանց նռնակի պայթուցիչի օղը քաշելու, ինչից հետո անմիջապես բերման է ենթարկվեÕ ¬:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Գորիս քաղաքի բնակիչ, ինչպես նաև՝ նման քայլի գնալու պատճառը։

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, նշանակվել դատապայթունատեխնիկական, դատաբժշկական և տոքսիկոքիմիական փորձաքննություններ:

Կատարվել են բնակարանների խուզարկություններ, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են 4 փամփուշտ, ձեռքի հակատանկային նռնականետ, սվին դանակ, 3 փաթեթ թմրանյութի նմանվող դեղնականաչավուն զանգված: Դրանք առգրավվել են և նշանակվել դատապայթունատեխնիկական-դատաձգաբանական համալիր, դատաքիմիական և դատաքրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Գորիս քաղաքի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են միջոցներ՝ դեպքի օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
