Օտտավայի Քարլթոնի համալսարանում փետրվարի 13-ի «Բելառուսը և նրա հարևանները» խորագրով դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել Բելառուսի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Օլեգ Կրավչենկոն: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, դասախոսությանը ներկա են գտնվել Օտտավայի հայ ուսանողների միության, ինչպես նաև Օտտավայի Հայ դատի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչները:

Դասախոսության ավարտին տեղի է ունեցել հարցուպատասխան, որի ընթացքում հայ ուսանողների կողմից Բելառուսի փոխարտգործնախարարին է ուղղվել հարցերի տեղատարափ, որոնք բացառապես կապված էին Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին` Բելառուսից Ադրբեջան արտահանձնելու, և առհասարակ, Բելառուսում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների հետ, որոնց Օլեգ Կրավչենկոն շփոթված ու հակասական պատասխաններ է տվել:

Դասախոսության ընթացքում Օլեգ Կրավչենկոն զուգահեռներ է անցկացրել Կանադայի և Բելառուսի միջև, սակայն հնչած այն հարցին, որ Կանադան ժողովրդավարական երկիր է, իսկ Բելառուսի նախագահն արդեն ավելի քան 20 տարի է միահեծան կերպով կառավարում է երկիրը, Կրավչենկոն պատասխանել է, որ անթերի երկրներ չկան:

Անդրադառնալով Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի արտահանձնման հարցին` Բելառուսի փոխարտգործնախարարը բառացիորեն նշել է. «Երբեմն արտահանձնման վերաբերյալ ԱՊՀ կոնվենցիաները կարող են հակասել ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիաներին»: Այս միտքն ամբողջապես մերկացնում է Բելառուսի իրական գործելաոճը, որը բավականին հեռու է ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիաներից և միջազգային իրավական այլ ակտերից։
