ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ուսանողներին խորհուրդ է տալիս ակտիվ լինել: «Ես բազմիցս եմ ասել՝ ակտիվ եղեք, ձեր կարծիքը հայտնեք, հարմարվող մի եղեք: Ես հատուկ վերաբերմունք ունեմ Երևանի պետական համալսարանի նկատմամբ, բայց մեր հանդիպման պատճառը դա չէ: Կառավարությունը բազմիցս է ասել, որ մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է հետադարձ կապ ունենալ հասարակության հետ և փորձել բարձրացնել քաղաքացիական ակտիվությունը, փորձել հասկանալ ՝ ճի՞շտ ենք գնում, թե՞ ոչ: Այդ առումով այսօրվա մեր հանդիպումը չափազանց կարևոր է, որովհետև նույն Խորհրդային Միության տարիներին ԵՊՀ-ի դասախոսներն ու ուսանողները միշտ տարբերվել են ազատամիտ լինելով, լավ իմաստով ըմբոստ լինելով և չհարմարվող լինելով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ,  ասաց վարչապետը ուսանողների հեÕ ¿ հանդիպման ժամանակ»։

Անդրադառնալով ԵՊՀ ժուռնալիստիկայի ֆակուլտետի ուսանողների ակտիվությանը՝ հարցեր տալու հետ կապված, վարչապետը նշեց, որ ինքը լրագրողների հետ շփման խիստ անհրաժեշտություն ունի: «Բազմաթիվ տաղանդավոր մարդիկ կան, որոնցից մենք շատ բան ունենք սովորելու: Մենք չափազանց կարևորում ենք լրատվական դաշտը ու պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել, որպեսզի լրագրողական դաշտում լինի մասնագիտացում», - ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ իրականում, կառավարությունը քննադատման, հուշման անհրաժեշտություն ունի: «Մենք բաց ենք այդ քննադատության համար, եթե այն ունի կիրառական արդյունք», - ընդգծեց վարչապետը։

Անդրադառնալով իր կառավարման հինգ ամսում Կառավարության կատարած աշխատանքին՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ասաց, որ նախ և առաջ կառավարությունը յուրաքանչյուր ճյուղի վերաբերյալ ախտորոշում է տվել, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կան, և իրենք զարգացման ինչ տեսլական ունեն: Վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ քննարկել են նաև կառավարման համակարգի խնդիրներն ու բացթողումները, աշխատում են կառավարման սուբյեկտներն առավելագույնս թվայնացնելու ուղղությամբ: Ամփոփվել են առաջիկայում իրականացվելիք ծրագրերն ու պատկան մարմինների առաջ պահանջ դրվել՝ հաշվետվություն ներկայացնել հանրությանը:
