Կանանց զարգացման «Ռեսուրս կենտրոն» հիմնադրամը նախատեսում է գրասենյակ ունենալ նաև Գյումրիում: Այս մասին փետրվարի 16-ին Գյումրու քաղաքապետի հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ տեղեկացրեց Կանանց զարգացման «Ռեսուրս կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Տոռոզյանը:
 
Հիմնականում տնտեսության և քաղաքականության ոլորտներում ծրագրեր կազմակերպող հիմնադրամը Գյումրիում նպատակ ունի տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրեր իրականացնելու՝ ունենալով Սյունիքի փորձը, որտեղ ըստ պատասխանատուի, իրենց միջոցով վերջին 2 տարիների ընթացքում 120 աշխատատեղ  է ստեղծվել: 
 
«Մեր համար կարևոր խնդիր է մեր փորձը տարածել հանրապետության այլ բնակավայրերում ևս, այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք ակնկալում ենք նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում Գյումրիում ևս կենտրոն ունենալ: Ունենք լավ արհեստանոցներ, որտեղ փորձում ենք զարգացնել ավանդական արհեստները՝ դրանք վերածելով սոցիալական բիզնեսների»,- նշեց Ռուզաննա Տոռոզյանը:
 
Կանանց զարգացման «Ռեսուրս կենտրոն»-ը ցանց է՝ բաղկացած հանրապետության տարբեր բնակավայրերում  ստեղծված 6  կենտրոններից: Համագործակցում է եվրոպական Կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնի ցանցին, որն  ընդգրկում է  11 երկիր՝ Շվեդիայի գլխավորությամբ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև չեխական «People in need» կազմակերպության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցիչը, ով ևս ներկայացնելով իրենց կողմից իրականացրած ծրագրերը, խոսեց Գյումրիում համատեղ ծրագիր իրականացնելու մասին: 
 
Եվրամիությունը վերջերս հայտարարել է դրամաշնորհի մասին, որն իրականացվելու է Շիրակի մարզում: Այդ դրամաշնորհի շրջանակներում ինչպես Կանանց զարգացման «Ռեսուրս կենտրոն»-ն, այնպես էլ  «People in need» կազմակերպությունը նպատակ ունեն Գյումրիի մի քանի կազմակերպությունների հետ համատեղ իրականացնել  ծրագիր, որն, ըստ ներկաների,  նպաստելու է  Շիրակի զարգացմանը՝ եվրոպական փորձն օգտագործելով:
 
Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանն իր խոսքում պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց հնարավոր իրատեսական ծրագրերի դեպքում համագործակցելու և իր ունեցած հնարավորությունների սահմաններում աջակցելու:
