Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում քննարկել են կարտոֆիլագործության զարգացման ուղղությունները

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր հրավիրել էր աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն  ՀՀ-ում գործող կարտոֆիլագործների միությունների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, խոշոր արտադրողների և ներմուծողների մասնակցությամբ` քննարկելու մեր երկրում կարտոֆիլագործության ճյուղի ընթացիկ խնդիրներն ու զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գ յուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Կարտոֆիլագործությունը Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության առավել կայացած ուղղություններից մեկն է, և ձեզ հետ նախաձեռնած այս հանդիպումը նպատակ ունի համատեղ քննարկել այսօր ճյուղի  հետագա զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրները, արտահանման ծավալների վերականգնման հնարավորությունները, հասկանալու համար, թե պետությունն  ինչով կարող է աջակցել և օգկտակար լինել, որպեսզի պարենային ապահովության տեսանկյունից կարևոր այս ոլորտն ինչպես հարկն է զարգանա, մասնավորապես բարձրանա բերքատվությունը, իջնի ինքնարժեքը և մենք ունենանք մրցունակ արտադրանք»,- նշեց  նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Կարևորելով պետություն-մասնավոր հատված փոխգործակցության շրջանակում նման ձևաչափով հանդիպումների հաճախակի կազմակերպումը` ներկաները շեշտեցին, որ ոլորտն իրապես կարելի է համարել կայացած. շուկան ձևավորված է, բացակայում են մենաշնորհները: Որպես խոչընդոտող խնդիրներ` բարձրացվեցին մասնավորապես շրջանառու միջոցների սղության, իրացման, մեխանիզացիայի մաշվածության ու բացակայության, սորտաթարմացման, տնկանյութի սուբիսդավորման, որպես «Վերին Լարսին» այլընտրանք` պետության կողմից  «Փոթի» նավահանգստում լաստանավի վարձակալման և այլ հարցեր:

Նախարարը հայտնեց, որ շուտով կմեկնարկի գյուղտեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման լիզինգային ծրագիրը, որը հնարավորություն կընձեռի անհամեմատ մատչելի պայմաններով տեխնիկա գնել: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կարտոֆիլագործներն անդրադարձան նաև   համակցված պարարտանյութերի կիրառմանը և նշեցին, որ դա առավել արդյունավետ է, քան   ազոտական, ֆոսֆորական և կալիումական պարարտանյութերի առանձին օգտագործումը, սակայն դրա ձեռքբերումը փոքր քանակներով բավականին թանկ է և ոչ նպատակահարմար: Նախարարն առաջարկեց համատեղ քննարկել, ձևավորել հստակ պահանջարկ, ներկայացնել Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարություն, որպեսզի բանակցեն արտադրողի հետ և աջակցեն կարտոֆիլագործներին հնարավորինս մատչելի պայմաններով  և մեծ խմբաքանակով ձեռք բերել պարարտանյութը:

Իգնատի Առաքելյանը,  անդրադառնալով կարտոֆիլի արտահանմանը,  նշեց, որ  նախարարության մասնագետները կուսումնասիրեն կարտոֆիլ ներկրող երկրների շուկաները, առկա գնային քաղաքականությունն ու սորտերը, կկազմեն կարտոֆիլի արտահանման զարգացմանը միտված   ծրագիր և կներկայացնեն ներկաներին:

Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները պայմանավորվեցին առաջիկայում դարձյալ հանդիպել` բարձրացված խնդիրների շուրջ հետագա անելիքները քննարկելու նպատակով:
