Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության ԶՈւ հասարակ մի զինվորական՝ Ռամիլ Սաֆարով անուն-ազգանունով, կյանքում դեռ ոչինչով աչքի չընկած, սեփական հայրենիքում ոչ մի բանի չհասած, սակայն հենց այս օրը՝ փետրվարի 19-ին, պետք է կատարեր հանցագործություն, ահաբեկչություն, մարդասպանություն, որի համար հետագայում դառնալու էր ազգի հերոս: Իհարկե աշխարհում միակ երկիրը, որը քնած մարդուն սպանելու համար կարող է սպա հերոսացնել դա Ադրբեջանն է:Ուրիշ ոչ մի պետության մտքով անգամ նման բան անցնել չէր կարող:

2004 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին Ռամիլ Սաֆարովը կացնի 16 հարվածով սպանեց անկողնում քնած Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին: Ադրբեջանի հանրապետությունը կարողացավ հետ ստանալ իր վիժվածքին և սեփական երկրում նրան ազգի հերոս կարգեց, դրան գումարվեց ՝ պաշտոններ, բնակարաններ, մեքենաներ, մի խոսքով իդեալական կյանք, կացնի 16 հարվածի դիմաց:

2004 թվականից անցել է 13 տարի, սակայն ադրբեջանցիները դեռ ապրում են նույն անմարդկային բնազդներով: Այն ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հերոսի կոչում պարգևեց Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին, այժմ նույն Իլհամ Ալիևը պարգևներ է տալիս մարդ գլխատող իր ահաբեկիչ զինծառայողներին: Տարիներ կանցնեն, բայց ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդը այդպես էլ կմնա:
