Ռուսաստանի կողմից նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում մատակարարված «Իսկանդեր» հրթիռային համակարգերը պատկանում են Հայաստանի զինված ուժերին, և դրանք կառավարում են հայկական ԶՈՒ սպաները: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին «Ռիա-նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախ արար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

«Այն, որ ««Իսկանդեր»-ները մատակարարվել են Հայաստանին, իմ կարծիքով, բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, քանի որ դրանք բոլորը բացահայտ տեսել են: Այն, որ դրանք պատկանում են Հայաստանի զինված ուժերին, նույնպես կարող եմ հաստատել 100 տոկոս վստահությամբ: Եվ այստեղ որևէ երկրորդ կարծիք ուղղակի չի կարող լինել: Ինչ վերաբերում է մնացած հարցերին՝ երբ, ինչ գումարներով, վճարման ինչ ժամկետով և այլն. ինչպես հասկանում եք, այդ ամենն իրականացվում է «հույժ գաղտնի»: Կառավարում ենք մենք, կառավարում են նրանք, ում դրանք պատկանում են: Այստեղ ես կարող եմ բացահայտել գաղտնիության վարագույրը»,- ասել է Սարգսյանը:      

Ճշտող հարցին, արդյոք այդ համակարգերի կառավարումը գտնվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի սպաների ձեռքերում, ովքեր անցել են համապատասխան վերապատրաստում, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն ընդգծել է. «միանշանակ»:  

«Իսկանդեր»-ները առաջին անգամ ներկայացվել են նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 21-ին Երևանում Հայաստանի անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ կազմակերպված զորահանդեսում:
