Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԵՄ պատգամավորների նկատմամբ միջազգային հետախուզում հայտարարելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից: Ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարությունն ամբողջութ յամբ.

« Երեկ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկություններ են տարածել այն մասին, թե Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները միջազգային հետախուզում են հայտարարել Եվրամիության խորհրդարանի պատգամավորներ Ֆրանկ Էնգելին (Լյուքսեմբուրգ), Էլենի Թեոխարոսին (Կիպրոս), Յարոմինա Շտետինը (Չեխիա) Արցախ այցելելու և սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի ժամանակ դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու համար: Ավելին,ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ ադրբեջանական դատարանը Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի անդամներին արդեն իսկ կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացրել և իբր թենրանք հետախուզվում են Ինտերպոլի տվյալներով:

Ադրբեջանին չի հաջողվելու հասնել իր հետապնդած որևէ արդյունքի այս անիմաստ ուկեղծ տվյալներով հայտարարությամբ: Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավորները Ինտերպոլի բազայով հետախուզման մեջ չեն գտնվում, ինչպես արդեն պաշտոնապեսհերքվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից: Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործին հակադարձ նախադեպի սկզբունքով միջազգային գործիչներիու լրագրողների այցերն Արցախ դառնալու են ավելի հաճախակի: Դրան նպաստելու են Ադրբեջանի հենց այսպիսի արատավոր քայլերը: Դրա վառ ապացույցն էր ընդամենը միքանի օր առաջ Արցախի նոր Սահմանադրության հանրաքվեի շրջանակում աշ խարհի 30երկրից 104 միջազգային գործչի այցը Արցախ: Նրանք բոլորը, այդ թվում՝ Ֆրանկ Էնգելը, Էլենի Թեոխարուսը, Յարմիր Շտետինը իրական ժողովրդավարական արժեքներ կրողմարդիկ են:

Միջազգային հյուրերի այցերն ու նրանց աշխատանքն Արցախում համարվել են ու միշտ էլ կհամարվեն իրավաչափ: Պետք է անդադար ու համառ աշխատանքով հասնել նրան, որ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը ճանաչի մեր հայրենիքի արցախյան հատվածն իր ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտներով:Այդ ուղղությամբ պետք է աշխատենք միասնաբար ու կազմակերպված, աշխատենքօրուգիշեր՝ մեկս մյուսին լրացնելով ու առանց ջանք խնայելու: Իմ կատարած աշխատանքով ու այս հայտարարությամբ պատասխանատու հանձնառություն եմ ստանձնում կարգավիճակի ու ռեսուրսների առավելագույն հնարավորություններով աշխատելու աշխարհ ում Արցախի ժողովրդավարական ճանաչումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ժամանակն է իրավական վարկաբեկման ենթարկելու ու ոչնչացնելու «սև ցուցակ» կոչվող երևույթը. ադրբեջանական որևէ արատավոր քայլ չի կարող կանգնեցնել Արցախի ժողովրդավարական զարգացման ընթացքը»:
