2009-ին Սուրրեյի համալսարանի գիտնականները հայտարարել են, որ միեւնույն մահճակալին քնելը վտանգավոր է օրգանիզմի համար, քանի որ մահճակալը պարզապես կարող է չբավականցնել երկու հոգու։ Արդյունքում մարդը չի կարողանում լիովին հանգստանալ եւ վերականգնել ուժերը։ 

Որտեղի՞ց են սկանդալները

Եթե կինը լավ չի քնում, ապա դա արտահայտվում է ամբողջ ընտանիքի վրա։ Բանն այն է, որ գիշերը չհանգստանալով՝ առավոտյան կինը չի կարող լավ տրամադրություն ունենալ, ուստի մի փոքր զայրացած հնչերանգով կարող է խոսել ինչպպես ամուսնու, այնպես էլ երեխաների հետ։

Պաշտոնապես ապացուցված է, որ միեւնույն մահճակալին քնող զույգերը սեռական ցանկություն են ունենում եւ առավել հաճախ դա իրականացնում, քան զույգերը, որոնք առանձին մահճակալների են քնում։

Բացի այդ, մասնագետները պարզել են, որ եթե ամուսիններից մեկը վատառողջ է, ապա համատեղ քնի միջոցով մյուսը նրան բուժիչ էներգիա կարող է փոխանցել, եւ բուժումն ավելի արագընթաց կարող է լինել։ Սակայն դա վերաբերում է միայն այն զույգերին, որոնց միջեւ սեր եւ ներդաշնակություն կա։
