 Ազգային Ժողովի ընտրություններին էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկությանը մասնակցողների ցուցակում կա 877 ընտրող: Այս մասին փետրվարի 25-ին  ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի արտահերթ նիստում հայտնեց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

«Ընդունվել է Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին դիվանագիտական և հյուպատոսական ներկայացուցչություններում դիվանագիտական ծառայություն անցնող ընտրողների և  նրանց՝ ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող ընտանիքի անդամների էլեկտրոնային քվեարկության կարգը: Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկությանը կարող են մասնակցել դիվանագիտական և հյուպատոսական ներկայացուցչություններում դիվանագիտական ծառայություն անցնող ընտրողների եւ նրանց՝ ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող ընտանիքի անդամները»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Մուկուչյանը:

Միաժամանակ, քվեարկությանը կարող են մասնակցել օտարերկրյա պետություններում երկարատև գործուղման կամ ուսման մեջ գտնվող զինծառայողները, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ-ում գրանցված իրավաբանական անձանց արտասահմանում տեղակայված ներկայացուցչությունների ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող աշխատակիցները, նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները, որոնք ունեն ընտրելու իրավունք:

Էլեկտրոնային քվեարկությամբ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրավունք ունեցողների ցուցակը ԿԸՀ են ներկայացրել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն և ՊՆ-ն: ԱԳՆ-ի ներկայացրած ցուցակում ներառված  է 268 ընտրող, իսկ ՊՆ-ի ներկայացրած ցուցակում՝ 609 ընտրող. նրանց ցանկը հրապարակված է ԿԸՀ կայքում:

Այդ ընտրողներին կառաքվեն ծրարներ, որտեղ տեղադրված է քվեարկության կարգի ուղեցույց և ծածկաշերտ ունեցող թվային կոդ, որը թույլ կտա նրան մուտք գործել համակարգ և մասնակցել ընտրություններին:
