Վարչապետի մոտ քննարկվել է ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրի կատարման ընթացքը

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի մոտ այսօր տեղի ունեցած հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քննարկվել է ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրի կատարման ընթացքը:

Պետական կառավարման մարմինների ղեկավարները վարչապետին զեկուցել են իրենց ոլորտներում իրականացված միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև ծրագրով նախատեսված որոշ կետերի չկատարման կամ թերի կատարման պատճառների, այդ ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված քայլերի և վերջնական կատարման ժամկետի վերաբերյալ: Կառավարության ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է պետական կառավարման մարմիններին տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման ժամկետներին և կատարողականների որակին՝ հանձնարարելով պահպանել աշխատանքային կարգապահությունը:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ անդրադարձ է եղել նաև գերատեսչությունների ներկայացված ներդրումային ծրագրերի ընթացքին: Վարչապետը հետաքրքրվել է այս ուղղությամբ արվող քայլերից՝ ծրագրերի մեկնարկի ժամկետից, գործընկերների հետ համագործակցությունից, ֆինանսական աղբյուրների հստակեցումից և այլն: Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարել է շարունակել հետևողական աշխատանքը և ամենօրյա վերահսկողության տակ պահել այս հարցը:

Այնուհետև ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության, ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի և ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարները զեկուցել են ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրով սահմանված գերակա խնդիրների և միջոցառումների կատարման ընթացքի մասին: Ներկայացվել են առաջնահերթ ծրագրերը, բարեփոխումներն ու ակնկալվող արդյունքները: Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գերակա ծրագրերը հետևյալն են՝ գյուղատնտեսության մեխանիզացիա և լիզինգ, վակցինացիա, պարարտանյութի, դիզվառելիքի և վարկային տոկոսների սուբսիդավորում, աջակցություն համայնքների զարգացմանը, հակակարկտային կայանների ցանցի ընդլայնում, ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգի ներդրում, մթերման գործընթացի արդյունավետ կազմակերպում:

Սպորտի և երիտասարդության ոլորտում գերակա ծրագրերն են՝ բնակչության շրջանում ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և մասսայական սպորտի տարածում, առողջ ապրելակերպի խթանմանն ու մտածելակերպի փոփոխությանն ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացում: Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական ոլորտում գերակա ծրագրերն են՝ զբաղվածության կարգավորման պետական ծրագրերի հասցեականության բարձրացում, անապահովության գնահատման համակարգի մեթոդաբանության, բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննությունների իրականացման համակարգերի արմատական վերանայում, կենսաթոշակառուներին և նպաստառուներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների մատչելիության բարձրացում, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրոնային սոցիալական ծառայությունների ամբողջական համակարգի ներդրում և այլն:

«Յուրաքանչյուր գերատեսչության գերակա խնդիրները և ծրագրերը պետք է լինեն կոնկրետ 2017 թ. համար՝ հստակ նախատեսված ժամկետով, պատասխանատուով և արդյունքով», - ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը՝ հավելելով, որ նման ձևաչափով խորհրդակցությունների ժամանակ քննարկվելու են մի քանի գերատեսչությունների գերակա խնդիրներն ու ծրագրերը, որպեսզի կառավարության բոլոր անդամները տեղյակ լինեն միմյանց անելիքներից:

Վարչապետին ամփոփ տեղեկատվություն է ներկայացվել նաև պետական գերատեսչությունների կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի ու միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ հանրային իրազեկման աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ: Կարեն Կարապետյանը ևս մեկ անգամ կարևորել է կառավարություն-հասարակություն հետադարձ գործուն կապը՝ հորդորելով լինել ակտիվ:
