Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետ Հրայր Անտոնյանը զեկուցել է, որ «Սանիթեք» ընկերության, վարչական շրջանների կոմունալ ծառայությունների և համատիրությունների համատեղ ուժերով մայրաքաղաքում շարունակվում են մայթերի, փողոցների, ինչպես նաև բակերի և միջբակային տարածքների` աղի և ավազի խառնուրդով մշակման ու ձնահեռացման աշխատանքները: Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ ԱԻՆ-ի հետ համատեղ շարունակվում են հեռացվել  բազմաբնակարան, ինչպես նաև հասարակական շենքերի ու շինությունների տանիքներին առաջացած սառցալեզվակները: Ընթացիկ աշխատանքների իրականացմանը զուգահեռ՝  քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է կազմակերպել նաև ներքին շաբաթօրյակներ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Ակնհայտ է, որ այս տարվա ձմռան հետևանքները զգալի վնասներ են հասցրել քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտների, որոնց իրական չափն ավելի հստակ կլինի ձնհալից հետո: Օդերևութաբաններն էլ են նշում, որ վերջին 100 տարում մայրաքաղաքում այսպիսի եղանակային պայմաններ չեն գրանցվել: Միայն այն, որ նախորդ տարիների համեմատ այս տարի 5 անգամ ավելի աղի և ավազի խառնուրդ է օգտագործվել փողոցների, մայթերի և բակային տարածքների մշակման համար, ևս փաստում է այդ մասին:

Եվ ակնհայտ է, որ եղանակային պայմանների բարելավմանը զուգահեռ մենք մեծ ծավալի աշխատանքներ պետք է իրականացնենք պատճառված վնասների վերացման ուղղությամբ: Արդեն այսօրվանից նախաձեռնեք ներքին աշխատանքներ, գույքագրեք խնդիրները՝ նախևառաջ մայրաքաղաքի գլխավոր փողոցների արտաքին տեսքի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ: Մեր բոլոր ծառայություները պետք է աշխատեն արտակարգ ռեժիմով՝ հնարավորին վերացնելով նկատված թերություններն ու ապահովելով կենսապահովման ոլորտի անխափան աշխատանքները», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչությանն ու 12 վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվել է նաև պարբերաբար իրազեկել ու հիշեցնել տնտեսվարողներին պայմանագրային իրենց պարտավորությունների մասին, համաձայն որոնց նրանք պետք է ապահովեն իրենց սեփականությունը հանդիսացող կամ վարձակալած օբյեկտների հարակից տարածքների մաքրման, ինչպես նաև շինությունների տանիքներին առաջացած սառցալեզվակների հեռացման աշխատանքները:

«Որոշ սեփականատերեր տեղյակ չեն հատկապես այն մասին, որ օբյեկտների տանիքներից սառցալեզվակների հեռացման  աշխատանքները ևս իրենց պարտավորությունների շրջանակում են: Հետևաբար, վերահսկողությանը զուգահեռ շարունակեք նաև իրազեկել նրանց իրենց պարտավորությունների մասին: Սեփական սեկտորի մեր համաքաղաքացիներին ևս իրազեկեք, որ իրենց տների տանիքներից կախված սառցալեզվակների հեռացումն իրենց պարտականությունն է: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, անշուշտ, ցուցաբերեք համապատասխան աջակցությունը, բայց անպայման իրազեկեք, որ դա իրենց պարտականությունն է, ոչ թե վարչական շրջանի կամ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի: Շարունակեք նաև ակտիվ համագործակցությունն ԱԻՆ-ի հետ և այս հարցը հատկապես առաջիկա օրերին պահեք հսկողության ներքո», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
