Արմեն Ռուստամյանը վստահեցնում է՝ ՀՅԴ-ն ունի կայուն ընտրազանգված և ընտրակաշառք չի բաժանելու

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանը վստահեցնում է, որ ՀՅԴ-ն ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ընտրակաշառք չի բաժանելու և մինչ այս էլ չի բաժանել: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արմեն Ռուստամյանն ընդգծեց, որ ՀՅԴ-ն կայուն ընտրազանգված ունի, ուստի անհնար է, որ նման քաղաքական ուժը սկսի ընտրակաշառք բաժանել: «Հնարավոր չէ, որ կայուն ընտրազանգված ունեցող քաղաքական ուժը ընտրակաշառք բ աժանի: Այդ դեպքում այն մարդիկ, ովքեր մեզ միշտ ձայն են տվել առանց ընտրակաշառքի, մեզանից չե՞ն նեղանա, չե՞ն հիասթափվի»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Ռուստամյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն էլ որոշակի ընտրազանգված ունի, քանի որ երկար տարիներ իշխանության ղեկին եղած քաղաքական ուժը չի կարող ընտրազանգված չունենալ, սակայն վստահություն հայտնեց, որ դա բավարար չէ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով բացարձակ մեծամասնություն կազմելու համար: Ռուստամյանի խոսքով՝ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նպատակը հենց նման համակարգ ձևավորելն էր, որպեսզի որևէ քաղաքական ուժ չկարողանա միայնակ մեծամասնություն կազմել:

Արմեն Ռուստամյանը խորհուրդ տվեց լուրջ չընդունել ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանի հայտարարությունը, թե «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքից բացի մնացած բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը իշխանությունների հետ խորհրդարանում տեղ ունենալու տոկոսներ են պայմանավորվել:
