Մուսուլմանական մի շարք երկրների քաղաքացիների ԱՄՆ մուտքի արգելքը, որը սահմանվել Է Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի կողմից, ամերիկյան տնտեսությանն արդեն առնվազն 185 մլն դոլար գումարի վնաս Է պատճառել: Ինչպես փետրվարի 27-ին հայտնել Է Huffington Post ցանցային հրատարակությունը, այս եզրակացությունն Է բովանդակում Գործարար տուրիզմի միջազգային ասոցիացիայի (GBTA) զեկույցը: 
 
«Հետազոտության համաձայն, գործարար ուղեւորությունների ինտենսիվությունն ԱՄՆ-ում զգալիորեն նվազեց այն բանից անմիջապես հետո, երբ Թրամփն ստանձնեց նախագահի պաշտոնը, բայց կտրուկ անկում տեղի ունեցավ նրա կողմից հունվարի 27-ին (միգրացիայի հարցերի վերաբերյալ) հրամանագրի ստորագրումից հետո»,-նշվում Է հոդվածում:-ԱՄՆ-ը շուրջ 185 մլն դոլար Է կորցրել գործարար ուղեւորությունների ամրագրումից հրաժարվելու հաշվին»:
 
ԱՄՆ-ի եւ մյուս երկրների միջեւ գործարար ուղեւորությունների ինտենսիվությունը հրամանագրի ստորագրումից մեկ շաբաթ անց նվազել Է 2 տոկոսով:
 
GBTA-ի հաշվարկների համաձայն, գործարար ուղեւորությունների՝ տարեկան 1 տոկոսով կրճատումը կարող Է հանգեցնել ԱՄՆ-ի 71 հազար աշխատատեղերի կորստի եւ 5 մլրդ դոլարով ՀՆԱ-ի նվազման: Փորձագետների գնահատումներով՝ մուսուլմանական յոթ երկրների քաղաքացիների մուտքի ժամանակավոր արգելքի հետեւանքով միայն Լոս Անջելեսի (Կալիֆոռնիայի նահանգ) զբոսաշրջության ոլորտը երեք տարվա ընթացքում կարող Է կորցնել մոտավորապես 736 մլն դոլար, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
