ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` «Հայփոստ» ընկերության 041 բաժանմունքից գողության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ, որի շրջանակներում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հունվարի 21-ին՝ ժամը 05:38-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած 3 անձինք, գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, տեխնկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ մուտքի դուռը բացելով, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում գործող «Հայփոստ» ընկերության բաժանմունքներից մեկը, սակայն ազդանաշանը միանալու պատճառով չեն կարողացել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել և դիմել են փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են դեպքի վայրում առկա տեսանկարահանող սարքերի՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության։ Տեսագրության մեջ երևում է, թե ինչպես են 3 դիմակավորված անձինք բացում դուռը,նրանցից երկուսը մուտք են գործում ներս, իսկ երրորդը՝ սպասում դրսում, ապա լսելով ազդանշանի ձայնը՝ դիմում փախուստի:

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննություն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձանց  հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Խնդրում ենք տեսանյութում պատկերված անձանց ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրանց, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրանց ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի  մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
