ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների  նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը մարտի 1-ին ընդունեց ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինին: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում համատեղ նպատակային պաշարների պետական ռեզերվների կենտրոնի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները, արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում հայ-ռուսական գիտահետազոտական բազային կենտրոնի ստեղծումը, արդյունաբերական անվտանգության բնագավառում համատեղ ծրագրերի մշակումը և համագործակցությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչությանը հոգեբանական օգնության տրամադրման գործընթացում: 

Իր խոսքում նախարար Տոնոյանն ընդգծեց, որ նշված ոլորտներում համագործակցության իրականացման արդյունավետ հարթակ է Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնը, որն ունի տարածաշրջանային նշանակություն և իրականացվող ծրագրերը մշակվելու են կենտրոնի հենքի վրա: 

Կենտրոնն իր կարողություններով միակն է տարածաշրջանում և հնարավորություն է տալիս արտակարգ իրավիճակներում ու ճգնաժամերի դեպքում մարդասիրական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել երրորդ երկրի: 

Կողմերը քննարկեցին նաև հնարավոր բազմավեկտոր համագործակցությունը քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության ոլորտում: 

Հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ:
