Иванка Трамп вслед за папашей переехала в Вашингтон и уже расставляет фарфоровых котиков над камином в своем новом доме стоимостью пять с половиной миллионов долларов. Соответственно, квартирка на Манхэттене, которой Иванка владеет пополам с мужем Джаредом Кушнером, теряет для них свою актуальность. На семейном совете решили апартаменты не продавать (не факт, что папа задержится в столице надолго), а сдать в аренду. Сначала планировали брать 15 тысяч долларов за месяц, но потом остановились на 13.

The apartment is located in Trump Park Avenue, a doorman building on the Upper East Side.

Квартира расположена на предпоследнем этаже Trump Park Avenue (бывший отель, который мистер Трамп переделал под многоквартирный дом). Выше только пентхаусы. На входе в здание круглосуточно дежурит швейцар.

Trump also owns the penthouse of the building with her husband, Jared Kushner.

Непосредственно над жилищем Иванки расположен пентхаус президента США. Там, говорят, четыре спальни.

The apartment is a two-bedroom unit, but every room appears oversized.

У Иванки спальни всего две. Но при этом все комнаты довольно просторные.

A wide foyer offers a grand entrance to the 1,500-square-foot condo.

А общая площадь квартиры — около 500 квадратных метров.

The combined living and dining room offers plenty of space.

Гостиная объединена со столовой.

A den sits off the living room.

В соседней комнате имеется приятный на ощупь диван, а вот телевизор маловат.

The kitchen is windowless, but it includes marble countertops.

На кухне нет окон, но есть столешница из натурального мрамора.

The master bedroom includes one of the apartments two bathrooms.

У каждой спальни свой санузел.

The apartment building also has its own gym.

На цокольном этаже, к слову, расположен бесплатный тренажерный зал.
