Կառավարության նիստին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն առաջարկեց վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին նիստի օրակարգից հանել օրակարգային առաջին հարցը, որը ներկայացրել էր ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ըստ նախագծի՝ գլխավոր դատախազությունը յուրաքանչյուր տարի` մինչև ապրիլի 1-ը, պետք է հրապարակի հանցագործությունների քննության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության կայքէջում: Հաղորդումը պետք է պարունակի տեղեկություններ նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ, վիճակագրական տվյալներ, համեմատական վերլուծություններ և եզրահանգումներ:

Աղվան Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ նախագիծը հակասահմանադրական է, այն ներկայանցող մարմինն իրենց տեղյակ չի պահել մշակվող օրենքի մասին: «Հայաստանում կա չորս քննական մարմին, որոնցից ոչ մեկին նախագիծը չի ուղարկվել»,- ասաց Հովսեփյանը:

ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ կառավարության նիստից առաջ տեղի ունեցած կոմիտեի նիստում ընդունված որոշումներն ուղարկվել են բոլոր գերատեսչությունների էլեկտրոնային փոստերին և ավելացրեց, որ այս նախագիծը հավանության է արժանացել նաև Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կողմից:

Աղվան Հովսեփյանը կրկին արձագանքեց. «Կոմիտեի նիստի նյութերն ևս չենք ստացել: Այս նախագիծը բովանդակային առումով հակասում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը: Այն կարող է կարգավորվել ոչ թե օրենքով, այլ՝ կառավարության որոշմամբ»:

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը օրակարգից չհանեց հարցը և առաջարկեց նախագիծը լրացուցիչ քննարկելու համար տալ երեք օր ժամանակ:
