ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի վարչական շենքում բացվեց սարքավորումներով հագեցած դասասենյակ

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության սահմանապահ զորքերի վարչական շենքի կահավորված և սարքավորումներով հագեցած դասասենյակը սահմանապահ զորքերի  հմտությունների կատարելագործման խթան կհանդիսանա:

Մարտի 2-ին ԱԱԾ վարչական շենքում դասասենյակի բացման ժամանակ իր ելույթում ասաց Միգրացիոն քաղաքականության մշակման ազգային կենտրոնի «Աջակցություն Հայաստանին միգրացիայի և սահմանների կառավարման ոլորտներում» ծրագրի թիմի ղեկավար Կարել Հոֆսթրանը:

«Արդեն 3 տարի Եվրամիությունը ֆինանսավորում է այս ծրագիրը: Այս ծրագիրը օժանդակում է երկու ուղղության` Հայաստանի միգրացիա ոլորտին և սահմանների կառավարման համակարգին:  Մեր նպատակն է ամրապնդել անվտանգությունը, խթանել առևտուրը, ինչպես նաև նպաստել ԵՄ և ՀՀ միջև վիզային ռեժիմի հնարավոր ազատականացմանն ուղղված երկխոսությանը: Հուսով եմ, որ շուտով Հայաստանը Եվրամիության հետ վիզաների ազատականացում կունենա»,- ասաց Հոֆսթրանը:  

ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ  զորքերի  սահմանային վերահսկողության սահմանապահ ջոկատի պետ գնդապետ Արմեն Մուրադյանի խոսքով` ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացված այս աշխատանքը մեծ նշանակություն ունի սահմանային վերահսկողության ստորաբաժանումների համար:

«Մեր մասնագետները այս դասարանի միջոցով հետագա իրենց աշխատանքները ավելի պատշաճ կատարելու և մասնագիտական առումով աճելու հնարավորություն կունենան:  Մեր համագործակցությունը այս ծրագրի հետ խորը արմատներ ունի, և, հուսով եմ, այն շարունակական բնույթ է կրելու, քանզի մարտահրավերները կապված միգրացիայի և միգրացիոն կառավարման հետ, որոնք կանգնած են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև ամբողջ աշխարհի առջև, շատ մեծ կարևորություն ունեն»,- ընդգծեց Մուրադյանը:

Եվրամիության պատվիրակ Դավիթ Ավագյանն իր հերթին նշեց, որ այս ծրագիրը Բագրատաշենի, Բավրայի անցակետերի վերակառուցման ծրագրերի շարունակություն է հանդիսանում:

«Հայաստանում անվտանգության ամրապնդումը և սահմանապահ զորքերի ծառայության օպերատիվությունը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն»,- ընդգծեց Ավագյանը:

«Աջակցություն Հայաստանին միգրացիայի և սահմանների կառավարման ոլորտներում» (ՄԻԲՄԱ) ծրագրի նպատակն է աջակցել և սատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմիցմիգրացիայի և սահմանների կառավարման ոլորտներում գործադրվող ջանքերին: Ծրագիրն իրականցվում է ԵՄ-Հայաստան գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագրÕ �րի և ազգայինռազմավարական գերակայությունների շրջանակում՝ 2016 թ. հունվարից մինչև 2018 թ. դեկտեմբերը:

Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրոպական հարևանության և գործընկերության գործիքի (ԵՀԳԳ) կողմից:
